Hey brother I don't know how long you been doing carnivore but once your body is used to burning ketones instead of carbs you should try intermediate fasting I eat once a day the real trick is you only eat when you're hungry and if you ever find yourself hungry between meals does little packages of salt that you get at McDonald's or 7-Elevens or I don't know where to get them over in Vietnam or Thailand you can just put a pinch under your tongue but drink lots of water you can lose 2 or 3 lb a day the healthy way play keep it up brother

Carnivore is awesome for losing weight, I was losing 3lbs a day on it. Just don't eat 3 hours before bed, that will halt the weight loss. The sea salt is a big one too, stay on that! I drink 1/4tsp in water as needed.

Definitely a great Vlog, I loved HCMC, was there for just under 2 Months plus a small trip to Hanoi. Great people, although the English speaking population in the country is very limited. When I went to Hanoi I felt a less welcome feeling as a Westerner than I felt in the South, in fact, a bus then boat tour I went on to the beautiful islands they were downright leaving anti-western comments in the speech, obviously 50% was in Vietnamese, so no idea what they were saying.

Keep it up Playboy, HCMC is my fav place not just cause i speak Vietnamese but cause all the girls look like North Thai girls but with bigger lumps lol Should mention though that pastuer st, almost impossible to get girls to go home, hoes you dial up have a no kissing policy, but on pastuer you can, random. The best place for same experience as Thailand would be the bar/karaoke (dont do karaoke there it's a ripoff) down the bottom of the New Word Hotel across from the park. Most most hairdressing places have short time rooms upstairs that's kinda the "front" in Vietnam, most quiet bridges around the city have freelancers just standing there waiting for customers. But the real deal is the brothels dotted around the city for 1-1.2mil dong though you'll need a keen eye and some vietnamese to figure out where these are. Also vietnam it's illegal for foriegners to have sex with the locals unless you're married so most hotels won't allow unmarried women to stay with you. Glad you love Saigon bro keep it up
