You have very helpful information...everything I've been dreading (lugging around luggage/suitcases, how to get from airport to hotel with luggage, how to fill out luggage forms) has been covered in your videos that I've seen so far. Really appreciate the time you spent to upload these and share it with us!

For KIX its a great alternative to the Haruka especially if you are carrying big luggage or luggages. Unless your stop is Tennoji, Shin-Osaka or Kyoto you would still to do transfers. The bus is slower but is way more convenient. And busses can go out as late as 11:40pm while the Haruka’s last train out is 10:16pm so the only convenient alternative to those who arrive beyond 9:45pm as its unlikely you can clear immigration and get your luggage in 30mins and buy the ticket for the Haruka at the same time.

Do you know if the limousine bus ticket machine or counters accept international credit cards for payment?

I have heard it doesn't go all day (stops with the last bus at 9:30pm). Is that correct? And would you suggest purchasing ahead of time? There are options online for 27.00 us dollars, but some cheap as waiting for a later time for 2100 yen and purchasing it at the airport. Not sure what to do.

Hi! I was wondering how many luggage(s) we're able to bring on the bus? I have two large suitcases with me. Thank you!

I don't know what the limit is, but I've taken the bus with two large suitcases before. You shouldn't have a problem.

Thanks for this video ! About the luggage, will they accept 26 or 24inch suitcases? Their measurements posted on the bus website confuses the heck out of me & my group

I'm pretty sure our bags are larger than that, so I doubt you have anything to worry about. Also, I've never seen them check anyone's bags with a tape measure or anything of the like... so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Hmmm I was debating about taking the Nex train or a limo bus from Narita to Tokyo. I almost decided I was just going to do the Nex train but maybe I should look into the bus again. Especially if it's more cost effective. Thanks for the tip!

I've taken both from Narita, and I'd be hard pressed to say which one I liked better. Both are super convenient, but I guess it would mostly depend on where your final destination is. Good luck either way. Hope you enjoy it.

Hi! I’m going to Japan again soon but it’s been quite sometime. I took the limousine bus last time but I don’t remember if I was able to take a carry-on in the bus with me or not. I’m just worried since I have 3 suitcases total.

Your large and medium-sized suitcases go in the luggage compartment under the bus (like what is shown at 1:01 in the video). But there's no overhead compartment *inside* the bus like there is on an airplane, so you'll only be able to take smaller bag *inside* the bus. (But of course, all your luggage can be taken with you. There's no need to ship your luggage to the hotel.) Hope that answers your question. Good luck and have fun!

Thanks for the helpful video! Is the bus ticket booth inside or outside terminal 1?
@LettersfromJapan
@LettersfromJapan 6 лет назад
Inside is a ticket counter with a person behind the desk. Outside is a ticket vending machine (kind of like when you buy a subway ticket). Good luck!

Letters from Japan thank you! I’ve been to Narita airport going to Tokyo but my husband and I want to try Osaka next year. I see they don’t have much of a difference with their bus limos.
