Om Mani Padme Hum ! May all beings be happy, healthy and prosperous. Sarva Mangalam ! Thank you for this excellant video of the Holy village of Bodh Gaya. It is a great joy and blessing to see the beautiful temples, the Divine shrines and the beautiful people in the Holy Village. The Giant Buddha statue reminds me of a poem written by the Blessed Saigo who wrote, " The wind blown, smoke of mount Fuji, Disappearing far beyond ! Who knows the destiny of my thought wandering away with it? "The Blessed Saigo is pointing the most outstanding aspect of the mind which is to question where will it all lead? What will tomorrow bring? The Giant Buddha sits meditating on the essence of mind while simultaneously wondering what will appear next?Perhaps this is an eternal dilemma for all humanity--where are we going ? The Blessed Saigo found the answer to his fears of the future when he asked, " Who knows the destiny of my thought ? "He asked himself the eternal question, "Who knows " ? His refection reverted back to the subject of all thought , feeling and perception because truthfully it does not matter where the wind blows if one does not know who it is that asked the question. Om Padma Bodhi Hum !
