1. traveller from low - medeium risk countries
2. traveller must be vaccinated from 14 days to 1 year
3. kids under 12 years old don't need to show vaccine certificate when arrived to phuket airport
4. teen age from 12-18 years old need to do rappid test at phuket airport
5. your girldfriend / boyfriend can stay same room with you if he / she is vaccinated or can enter to phuket by showing RT - PCR test which itssue with in 72 hours before enter to phuket .
6. can do international conneting flight at BKK
7. you can only stay at hotel that have SHA plus cerificate
there is NO offical annousement from government yet at the moment so thnkgs can be change .

Thank you so much I’ve followed a lot of RU-vidrs online but you are the best your information is clear and I understand it your English is very well I will try to email the hotel see if they have this certificate if I get no response would you mind giving him a call for me and if they don’t have it is it possible you could find a hotel for me that does have it please this trip is really important to me because I won’t have seen my son for two years and I really miss him and what I would like to do for you as soon as I land in Phuket I would like to take you and your husband or boyfriend out for a slap up meal and a bloody good drink and this will be all on me he won’t have to pay nothing it’s just a way of saying thank you for your information and everything you are doing keep up the good work believe me everyone need you as you are aware the Thai government doesn’t seem to give much information out so thank you God bless you and stay safe

I am happy to call them for you if they are not repond to your email . But remember it's need to be SHA plus certificate . Means all of tje hotel staff are vaccinated . 😊😊 . Hi keith . The last meeting from CCSA they are not mention about connecting flight in BKK to phuket . And i read in thai article said they need sometime to prepare for connecting flight bkk - hkt ( did not mention when it will be ready ) seems like they will have meeting again on 18th . Hope thing will be clear and trustable this time .

I am not sure how much is the flight but 4 star hotel for 1200 thb / night is not expensive .but i understand that its still many restriction to get here . I hope by next year will be better . 😊

Full article soon. But yes, the Thai Prime Minister just went on national tv and says the country is planning on reopening to vaccinated tourists, without quarantine, within 120 days.

i would like to go on vacation for several weeks in october this year. but i will look for a country where it is not so complicated to enter. nobody understands the rules as long as it is. just let vaccinated tourists come to your country or let it stay. unfortunately i don't understand tourists who accept such a complicated process to go on holiday in thailand, as there are other countries where you can go on holiday very easily. there is no competition between holiday countries

Hi Nam Tan ! Thanks for new update ! As you know, I will come in September. Hotel is already booked (in Patong Beach), and renting of a motorcycle is on its way. Of course, nothing paid in advance... I know the hotel I booked is SHA (have checked on vatious booking sites). But I do not know if it is (or will be) SHA+. I hope there will be an official list of all SHA+ hotels very soon ! Would be useful to know on which website this list will be. Anyway... I thank you for your dedication and for your updates. Have a good day, and be safe. Great video, thanks. You are speaking of 15 days after being vaccinated. We receive the certificate after the first dose, is it ok to come if the 1st dose is done in May but 2nd dose late June?? Looking forward earing from COE and connecting flight possibilities :)

Hi Namtan. So I have a few questions: 1) What is the minimum required stay at the hotel once arrived in Phuket? 2) Can you go out and explore Phuket as much as you want during this minimum requirement? 3) If the Girlfriend is allowed in the hotel. Why not letting people stay at any other (non SHA) hotel/condo instead..? Thanks for your videos. :)

1. you don't need to stay in the hotel all the time in a first 5 days , you can walk around the hotel and beach area , 2 I am not sure if you are able to go every where as you wish at the first day of your arrive ( need to wait for more information ) 3. in my opinion I think they need to keep an eye on every one who travel to phuket , hotel need to report to covid center , immigration when you check in , out . if stay in a private condo or not SHA plus standard hotel will be difficult to organize .

Hi Namtan:) Thank you for the Phuket Sandbox update. As mentioned in your video, the Thai authority is likely to announce the Sandbox model in late June which I think is too late for 1 July opening as traveler still need to apply for a COE to enter Phuket which normally take about 2 weeks to process. As for me, I have book a flight to fly to Phuket from Europe arriving on 2 July via a STV visa and I understand that I need to enter Thailand by 3 July if I want to extend another 90 days by end of September. Please advise if my understanding is correct? So I really wish that the Thai authority can take into this consideration and announce the official date for the Phuket Sandbox so that travelers can plan their itineraries in Thailand. Many thanks

Hello, I needed to travel to The iPad, therefore I went to Thai Embassy in Dubai and they had many condition one of them was to have a hotel booking in ASQ (SHA), so I booked in Conrad and they wanted me to pay, therefore I paid and when I put all together and went to Thai Embassy to get my COE, the Thai Embassy needed to stamp visa in my passport but unfortunately I did not have an empty page in my passport. The time from Booking in Conrad hotel and then tell them by email that I can not come and asked them to cancel my booking and refund was only 6 hours. The hotel denied to refund my money. So what you suggest???

It’s ok if a single traveller or a couple accepts the risks to be the first to visit Phuket when the sandbox is in place. But think very hard to bring children along. There is no science which says children won’t or can’t be infected. Travelers should also be clear what they will be in for should they or one in their family contract Covid-19, especially now that it is beyond a doubt that fully vaccinated persons can still be infected.

No. It is not more expensive than before. Have found 4-star hotel in Patong Beach (SHA certified, but not sure about SHA+). 18 nights for some 300 USD. Same for flights from my country. Not more expensive than before syndemic.

Sha plus คือ พนักงานของโรงแรม ได้รับ วัคซีนครบค่ะ แต่ ส่วนมาก โรงแรม ที่ได้รับ SHA แล้ว เดียวเค้าก็ขอ SHA plus ค่ะ...ส่วนหลังจาก 7 คืน ตาลคิดว่า น่าจะย้ายได้แล้วนะคะ เพราะ หลังจาก 7 คืน เค้าให้ออกจากภูเก็ตได้แล้วค่ะ

I text to Palmyra and this is what they reply . The process for submitting SHA plus will be started on 4 June, and now our hotel qualified the condition already. So you will be fine . They will get it soon.

Before this TAT governor has mention about 150,000 -200,000 for 7 night Thb per person But now visiters can book their hotel which they can find 1,200 / night for 4 star hotel . So for 7 nights is less than 10,000 thb and that room can stay for 2 peson . Covid test is 1,500 -3,000 thb ....weĺl i dont know how much cheapper coz i dont know how much people pay for their flight or how much they will eat . But I know that in total will be a lot cheapper than what mr . TAT Gov has mention earlier . So yes i agree with you . That you should read for more information before you talk . Thanks .

ตาลไม่แน่ใจนะคะ แต่โดยส่วนตัว คิดว่าไม่น่าจะได้ค่ะ เพราะถ้าซื้อตั๋วแยก อาจจะต้องออกมารับกระเป๋าแล้วโหลดใหม่ ทางที่ดี รอให้ทางรัฐบาลออกมาคอนเฟิมก่อนดีกว่าค่ะ หรือ ลองดู ไฟลท์ที่เป็น international transit to phuket ก็ได้นะคะ ชัวร์กว่า ตอนนี้รู้สึกว่ามีเป็น สิบสายการบินเลยที่จะบินเข้าภูเก็ต ช่วง กค. นี้ค่ะ

Hi I’ve booked the safari beach hotel how long do you think it will take to find out the hotel gets SHA will they notify me about this. Will I have to book my own taxi 🚕

The taxi need to arrange by SHA certifucate operater . I talk to that hotel today . They said they already have SHA certificate but not update in the website yet . ( I talk to reception ).And they can arrange tje transpotation i think you should email to them about tje price for transport and more update about their SHA certificate .

Amazing news I have all that already can my fiance stay with me and my nine-year-old son my fiance and son live in Thailand obviously thai If my fiance has had one vaccine jab can she still come thank you

she need to complete her vaccinated and have her vaccine certificate but if not she needs to show her covid free certificate ( I am not sure if this subject will be change in July or not but I will keep an eye on it . )
