I'm ready to be back in Florence, and the beautiful Tuscan countryside!! This stop on our Italy trip was my absolute favorite. We for sure packed in as much exploring as we could and I think we did an amazing job... of course thanks to Get Your Guide!!
This region of Italy was so breathtaking from the wine region all the way to the mediterranean coast, a 10/10 experience!

Chicken in Tuscany?😮 It's the land of beef (Fiorentina Steak), olive oil, red wine, and also good fish soup! Pizza is not typical of northern Italy... you were lucky. I understand that you want to eat real italian food, but every italian region has its language, its cusine and its history. Pizza->Campania, Lasagne/pasta->Emilia romagna, Risotto->Lombardy, Beef->Tuscany, Tiramisu->Veneto or Friuli, Pesto->Liguria Cannoli->Sicily... It's like eating Tex-mex in California, or Poke in New York. It's maybe better than outside the US, but can be not 100% as in motherland😊

Nice comment.. We could add Cotoletta - Milan Carbonara - Rome Vitel tonne - Turin Truffles - Alba Cassata - Sicily Lampredotto - Florence Pizzoccheri - Valtellina And so on.. a whole life wouldn't be enough:)
