Thanks so much for your kind words. I would love to come to California again too! Maybe one day after we retire and have the time to spend on a trip like that. How did you get so far away? Yes, the Rockburgers were unbelievable! Every once in a while you find a restaurant where the food is made with such passion. That's what we found there.

LOL, how did I get so far away, well it's a long story I'll make short as I can. I was born in CT. moved in 1969 with my family to California (my dad wanted to live where it was warm), moved back to CT. with my mom in 1980 and stayed for 33 years. My 2nd husband passed away suddenly in 2012 and I felt I needed a change of scenery so a year later my daughter and I packed our bags and moved to California. I got back together with the first guy I ever had a date with, then married him in 2016 and here we are. I do miss my East Coast roots though, I miss the four seasons, I miss the people and the food and I miss the easier life style. California is a tough life, it's expensive, it's hot, and well it's filled with way too many people, we are hoping when my husband retires in 6 or so years to move out, maybe to Arizona or even further perhaps to Colorado. :-)

Thanks, you know TCBY was always my favorite food ever, but then the stores went away from our area. I was so surprised to run into it and it was delicious, but they no longer had the menu options and awesome toppings that they used to have. I was happy to have it though.

That cheesecake burger was so unbelievable. All the time you are biting into savory beef, you also are tasting the strawberry glaze and the creamy cheesy cheesecake filling. The combination is so great!

Haha, I like the idea of the pressure cooker, that would have made a good photoshop picture. Glad you were eating Indian food with us.

kathy Ottersen goes into an Indian style restaurant. He takes bacon. Didn't know Indians had bacon. Probably knew Rick was coming. Should of brought his ranch dressing contraption for them to use. Couldn't get him to take yogurt
