Love this idea! This way when/if you fill up one signature, you can just replace it with another one and keep the same "cover". I am so going to try this. Thank you so much for sharing this. What a great idea. I just need to figure out how to sew a signature with more than 3 holes. I'm sure that there are tutorials out there on that, but if you could give some tips, that would be great! Bless you, Melina! Can't wait what you do next.

Hi! Thanks so much! With a signature I want more support than the standard 3 hole spine, I make my middle and upper, lower holes as usual. Then I make an extra closer to the top and bottom and then an extra on either side of my first middle hole. So in total there are 7 holes. I start in the middle going down and leaving the tail as usual. Then you’ll have 3 holes on either side of that tail. work the three top holes or holes to the right of the middle. Then come all the way down and work the bottom three holes or holes to the left of the middle. Then end up back in the middle hole to tie off. I hope this is a little more clear than mud. 🤭 I’m sorry I didn’t go over that in the video!

FAB, I subscribed, TFS. Please tell me what is the secret to using the extra wide eyelet from WE with the Cropodile so that it looks as good as yours? Which knobs do you recommend on the cube?? This turned out great Melina! Would the little pocket be able to hold a pen or pencil? I was also wondering at what size of a signature do you decide you need to have a spine? I watch yours and your mom's videos to the end of come back and start from the beginning of I'm interrupted. And I frequently re-watch the videos. I sure wish I could give a thumbs up every time I watch a video over! Keep making the videos and I will keep watching!

Junk journals are meant for so much more than just writing in. Pages that wouldn’t work for writing are the ones you paste and paint on or you can add pockets and movie tickets, memorabilia, playbills, receipts from places you’ve visited, pictures, write on separate paper and paste on to those pages, etc. You are only limited to what you can imagine! 😃 Expand and broaden those horizons! This is a traveler’s notebook so you would essentially be traveling with it and using it in your travels. 😊
