I’ve been using Bobby pens as book marks. I wonder if I could add ribbons to those. I’ve tried to use paper clips before, but I like that bobby pens stay put more. You see less wire any ways.
I was going to make a book for my first December Daily, but I think I am going to use these Travelers notebooks. I have gotton quite a few of Cori's kits and I love, love them. She is also the sweetest girl ever. Keep us motivated on your journey with DD again, it helps a lot. Thank you sweetie.
Hi Christina!! Your planner is awesome! Looks like you are really enjoying yourself too. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season with those you love! TFS! xo
I love your journal Christina! I can't wait to see your December daily using your journal. Every year I always look forward on your DD videos. Tfs! Hugs, Elaine
Love your work,Im so glad I seen you make one like this,so know I can make one of my life my kids -pets,and what ever going,I just need a jump to show me how its done,Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous! Love them all. You are amazing putting these notebooks together. I agree, presentation is everything. Love that sweet note from the Reset girl 😍
This is such an enjoyable video. You can even make a rainy day seem like something special and that's a wonderful gift to have in your personality traits! I loved each and every layout. I'm loving my new addiction to Daphne's Diary as well!!! You're only the second RU-vidr I've heard mention it. It's just pure happiness! I've made my own faux dori as I've been struggling to find the proper planner that meets my needs and the Mindori style mixed with some cutesy ephemera is truly keeping me interested! Also love the Reset Girl and I've been watching a lot of her videos as I am still in this year of resetting myself. Anyway I hope to talk to you soon! All the best, Lisa ----------------------
Lisa!!! How are you?? Long time no chat! I've been super busy and I'm sure you have been too! I'm really lovin this type of journaling and look forward to making my DD with this notebook. Much love and hugs! xo
Love what you have done in your dairy, I'm still an old fashion dairy girl myself. I may need to change. We get Daphne's Dairy in NZ as well, love it! Though I have trouble cutting up certain items in my sewing room. Carol
Soo inspiring as always Christina!! Love love love your pages. Such fun to watch the magic happen. Love the TN size Dec. Daily idea. I may be able to keep up with a smaller idea; the larger ones always seem so daunting when there's so little time over the holiday. tfs Blessing & love, Suzanne :)
Hi Suzanne!! (hugs) The big 8x8 DD is alot of fun but can be daunting to fill it all up. Especially when there's only hubby and I, but I always manage though... something always going on in the month of December. tfw and commenting... xoxoxox
I so enjoyed watching your video...everything was so pretty, with so many ideas and your voice is nice also, I can't wait unit I get a TN so I can start having fun
Christina, placed my first order with Cori at The Reset Girl. Anxious to see what goodies I receive in my package. Just beginning my TN journey. Thanks for introducing us to this unique website. ♥GigiDi♥
Hello Christina. Would you mind sharing what kind of glue you use in your journal? I love everything about yours. You inspire me to do one. I thought they had to be so formal and needed to use expensive paper and frills! I just hope I can get onboard with my very own journal! TFS
Love this! I have just bought this size planner in the natural colour as I am new to TN's, so it was great for me to see it in use! OMG - you are so creative. I adore the December dailies!
It is so good to see you creating! I love your books...Good luck with your December Daily and keeping it small! Haha! Tell me, are the Daphne's Diary Magazine and the Creative Scrapbooker Magazines exclusive to Canada??
Hi Christina love your journal I saw another ladies travel journals she does a lot of collage in her travels journals to, also you mentioned about a selfie printer can you tell me more about it and where you bought it. And how does this all work I'm not very techy ? Your fellow B.C er. Sandy
We're in the Abbotsford area, it's changed a lot here over the years, some good some not so good, we have Michaels, but Langley has a lot of good Scrapbooking and stamp stores, Mission has one Scrapbooking store, and of course we have lots of dollar stores which I do buy stickers there and some other things. I haven't done to much crafts lately feeling down these days from some difficult things in my life. But love buying supplies. Hey maybe let me know when your down here through FB and we can get together. I get anxiety from some things in my life, I pray all the time that things will get better, just lost my mom Nov 2015, and dealing with health stuff. Love to meet you.
Lovely, Lovie! I've got to find a Daphnes diary, do you watch Amity Bloom? She talks about that magazine a lot, I love her and you would too, if you don't already. TFS!
I'm the same look through cover to cover to see if I would read and use it. I do buy the European stamp mags, because the goodies you get with them but not every edition. I'm very picky, I buy Where Women Create and Canadian Scrapbooking(subscribed), and a couple others. I drive to Langley Chapters to get some of them because our Coles doesn't always have my favs.
I drive to Kamloops to visit a Chapters. Far drive, an hour to get there. But worth the trip! I spend the whole day there... Costco, Chapters, Micheals... lol! I miss the Lower Mainland! We moved from there 11 years ago. But hopefully coming down for a visit in late March or April.
I know, isn't it a beautiful book!! I'm quite fussy though, I'll go through the book first before I purchase it, I have to like at least 2/3 of the contents before buy it... :))
The lady I was talking about that does journaling with cut outs from all sorts of things, she uses coffee sleeves from Starbucks ect. Her name is Teri Kojetin look her up on You Tube great simple journaling to.
Christina, if you could give us a refresher course in setting up our Websters Travelers Journal for those of us like me who are just now getting involved, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Diane from Arkansas ♥GigiDi♥
I was in Chapters a few weeks ago and saw the latest issue of Flow but didn't get overly excited about it. Hopefully the next issue is better because I have been wanting to purchase it! xo TFW!
