I really marvel God and how He has blessed me with supportive family and friends. I wasn't planning on doing videos like this because I was never motivated to do such, but everyone has been encouraging me to make more content. Even tho I’m an 2019 Alumni of AUP, I will definitely not recommends AUP for collage students at all (Personal view). At least you or your kid is a very disobedience child and don’t want to be sent to prison than sent it here. Here are the reasons why 1) They treat you like elementary student - I get it, they want to keep us safe and bible school and all but I thought this will get easier when time pass by. But guess what!? I assure you it do not. I am easy going person but I can even sense there are more rules each year and they don’t even make sense. 2) Dormitory If you are a freshman without guardian or under age it’s mandatory that you stay in-campus or dormitory at least for one semester. “Don’t worry I had a guardian, we payed 5000 pesos every semester but for Filipino 500 per Sem”. I was suppose to stay in dormitory and I was excited to be there and have new friends but the dean there is very rude to my aunt and insulted her because she ask our previous room that we reserved and even payed for it in advance but the dean gave it to other student anyway and now we get a room near laundry room which is really loud and smelly. So my aunt (guardian) refuse to keep me in-campus. I am always grateful for her decision that she made. From that day on the dormitory are implementing more regulations and the next year even if you have guardian but have no family relations you can’t stay off-campus “most of my friends end up graduating while trying to stay off-campus”. But again if you want to put your child or maybe yourself in big prison then stay in in-campus because you have limited number of gate pass which you won’t even get if you do not attend every morning devotion (I think it was 5am I’m not sure). And trust me all gates and walls are guarded safely trust me. 3) The Student Guards Security guards are to keep student and faculty who lives inside the campus to be secure and safe. But the school employed majority of the security guard from the working students (Filipino students who are offered scholarship by working in the school but will take much longer years to graduate than regular student) meaning some of them are younger than us and are bossing around us. They are not polite at all. It’s like they tested other student like outsiders or more like prisoners. Good thing I’m off-campus student which is not free by the way so they have very little authority over me and plus I’m easy going person but I can’t say that to some of my friends who are free spirits. For Conclusion. Yes, the school environment is nice and now there is more new infrastructure I like it. I don’t like the school system which is under Sir, Gayoba and I don’t miss those security guards at all. I love the professors, most of them are really nice but I wish we had at least one foreign teacher Ahaha. It’s International school so you will meet a lot of friends. If you ask do I miss the school my answer will be Yes, I miss the people there. I WROTE THIS SO THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE CHOOSING. For me I won’t choose this school if I had known. God bless
