You sound so Egyptian. It's spell Kunafa. We are known to make Kunafa, Baklava, etc. It runs in our blood. It was past down from family generation. My sister makes Kunafa I make Baklava. My dad, Aunt and Uncle makes all the sweets. This is why the majority of Palestinian are diabetic.

good but it would be better to explain the spirit of fasting to non Muslims. For Muslims it is obligatory to fast in this month to increase them in piety i.e., consciousness of Allah Almighty. Even if no person is watching you but Allah is Always there, and we should ONLY fear Allah. We should try to please our Lord in the hope to get rewarded in the hereafter.
