Traveling To Puerto Vallarta In August? Everything You NEED To Know!

I'm originally from Houston also....moved to Québec 15 years ago....much cooler up here. Some friends from San Antonio and I will be in Puerto Vallarta the last week of october....take note and add lots of info about Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos especially any events for Dia de Los Muertos for the whole week before Nov 02 since we actually leave Nov 2 to go back home.....I'm hoping there will be some celebrations other than just on Nov 2.
