We had three of these traveler's vehicles in our yard the day before they moved off to attend the final Stonehenge Festival ...... the year before the battle of the beanfield. I remember a Leyland double decker, the "Bluelake bus" ... a single decker, and Sylvia's Library van .... a Commer .... I think .All a very long time ago. Cant imagine today's young people living in buses .......
Brought back a few memories and lots of good times. Does anybody know what happened to Smith ? Last time I saw him he had an FG and before that an Austin Princess ambulance (circ1956), from Iron Acton. He was well known among travelers.
I recognise some of these vehicles. I couldn't tell you whose they were. Those years from 89 94 were a blur of parties and moving from Glastonbury, Stroud, The A46 to London. Good times.
