I’ve been experiencing some weird period cycles off late.
I’ve mostly been extremely moody. I know it’s TMI, but I think it definitely has everything to do with my travels and not having a home base.
On some days, it does get stressful and it’s only been 4 months of doing this. I have not stayed at any one place for more than 10 days! And I honestly just realised that while typing! 😱
This is from my last trip to Mussoorie, where I stayed for good 7 days without filming any videos.
Also, I’m not complaining, just sharing my observations for no good reason. Lol!

When you are teen and new on periods, most girls don’t feel any symptoms. It starts getting worst after few years, when you are on peak of reproductive age, breast tenderness, cramps, mood swings, etc are all common. As you grow old it starts getting better you stop feeling pain, and then again you feel the worst symptoms when you are in 40s and close to menopause. You feel feverish, cramps, mood swings, digestion issues during periods, feel nauseous, sometimes too lusty and sometimes too emotional for no reasons.

My wife goes through hell during this time, I try helping her to the extent I can but still she has to do 70% of the work. She cannot show her pain to the kids but still she still keeps smiling and I really respect her for that.

Me too. Sign of being healthy. I'm 51😊 going through menopause which is far more terrible One another thing is surely mind over matter. I used to have terrible swelling in breast and little pain. I consulted a doctor who said that I need to keep busy to distract myself. I joined a job and honestly I realised after couple of months that I was absolutely fine. With kids and work and little househelp I had no time to think. Keep moving.

After a year if you get heavy / very little flow ... Severe cramps with loose motion , fever , nausea fatigue please go and consult with an obgyn. I ignored those symptoms of endometriosis and pcod ...now i suffer every single day of my life. I hope you got a healthy painfree period but be very careful beta .
