You're already giving hundreds, perhaps a thousand or two, dollars to a guy who runs a gold-sweat-shop and is dripping in tens of millions, and the first thing you do is damage your documentation of the item. Of course, anyone who sends a letter that talks about how much money they've spent and how financially well they are doing instead of writing a letter to thank you, the customer, is probably a douchebag and not worth purchasing anything from (I found that letter that was provided to you to be nothing more than the owner puffing himself up rather than ingratiating himself to his customers.) With all that critique out of the way, I certainly hope you enjoy your gold. Hope the pendant fits well.
