Question, what did you do to tune the shocks? What springs are those and what oil did you use? I can’t find that at all in this build series. I’m hoping you respond. I see this is a 5 year old video.
Question on the wheels. I have bought the rear arms and been running them for now. I am about to order the front arms and want to make sure I get the right wheels. The stock slash rear wheels go on the front after you use the longer arms on the front?
Is it possible to run a longer shock in front to add more droop? This is one of the few things that bother me about the Slash. Great video! I learned alot about my own set up.
What’s up my brotha! I’m going over these videos I remembered u did a while ago,cus I’m doing a 2wd slash upgrade for the track, I’m unsure of a couple things n need ur advise. I was gonna get new arms for the truck n was deciding between an aluminum like integy or hot racing or do u recommend staying away from aluminum n going with plastic like rpm? I already bought the new wheels n tires n they r for the 2wd slash so they have the offset, if I get rpm will I still be able to run the new tires with the stock offset? Also I have two brushless systems one I was gonna use is a 3800 or 3900kv or I have a 4900kv which would be best for a track set up on the 2wd slash? Thanks brotha, lmk please
did the same to my Rustler this fall. The rpm widening kit is wide front arms , front wheels all the way around and a few other parts depending on which model you are putting on I put dirt hawgs on the front and dirt hawg II s on the back but now I want badlands all the way around
How much tire rub do u get on the stock body in the rear with thr wider rear arms. If they do rub is there a body that would allow proper shock travel with hit wheel wells
What about just trimming the body if they do rub. I’m doing these upgrades too and until I get another body the stock body will just get a little trim.
