My taco is also white with black trim, only differance is mine has black racing stripes! I wouldn't sell it for any price and its doubled in price since i bought it! I have pulled out of the mud newer state of the art trucks that couldn't do what my 2003 tacoma can do! Once I pulled out 3 time a truck loaded with 10 steers in clay type mud!!
That was hard to watch, the whole time Right away I was thinking hard reverse all the way, after about the tenth time he finally does it and gets out...
short wheel base helped with the sharp descend. my hitch got hung up and I forgot to put in low until the end. The rear diff lock will only engage in low thats how i got out. The jeep was on 37 and locked F&R I'm locked rear with bald 32 mud terrains lol.
Honestly 4 hi on these trucks is almost useless, I did the gray wire mod and still find that I use low range and 2nd gear for most all mud holes and hill climbs
