TRE-TV REACTS TO- BTS - I'll Be Missing You (Puff Daddy, Faith Evans and Sting Cover) 

This was during the pandemic, they usually choose to perform songs for a reason/according to the times (besides the set setlist for tour). People lost a lot of loved ones during the pandemic, and a lot of people were suffering. Including first responders. Just remember any song release and live performances between 2020 - 2021 was out of the ordinary and due to the times we were living in.

Fix you Coldplay...another cover....Their voice is amazing together...they all do something unique...jimin has the sweetest voice here ..I also recommend jk's covers...they are unique 💜 bts forever 💜🌈

Yeah the police did the original so puff daddy and faith Evans covered it. Personally I love BTS version, the high notes from Jimin a standout for me, but love them all their voices are so different but never clash.

So glad y'all warched this! It was during the covid/lockdown era. During this same time, (different session) they also covered Cold Play's Fix You on a show for MTV. I am blessed to be of an age where I was able to witness all three versions of this song. The first is special as I lost a dear friend in a car accident when this came out. The 2nd version hits even harder , their version made me actually tear up. In my mind when RM says, give anything to see half your face... masks, pandemic, the fact that I almost* got to see them in ATL. 😢💜

This cover is so good. I love when BTS bond their voices and harmonize. It just sounds so magical BTS' covers as groups or soloist are always so good! This and and BTS' covering 'Fix you', Jungkook and Jimin 'We don't talk anymore' and Jin 'I love You', V 'It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas' and V and J-hope 'Hug Me' are some of my personally favorites. (the member that has covered most songs is Jungkook that man has a long list of cover lol and honestly 10/10 every single one 🙌🏻)

The original is done by the Police and Diddy did a remake with his spin. BTS basically took both versions and added their own flare. It was an amazing performance especially due to the fact that the pandemic had them missing us as much as we missed them. They had to cancel a huge world tour in 2020 and we're trying to do all they could to connect with ARMY.

Just an FYI, RM didn't lose anyone close to him. He actually did the same verse as Diddy. The only thing they changed was the rap verses that Yoongi and Hobi did. There are versions out there that had subtitles for what they rapped. Or I'm sure there is a translation by ARMY out there as well, lol. Loved your reaction as usual

This is a cover /remake as it's a mix between Diddy's remake and the original The Police song, keeping the chorus but making their own rap verses (for the times, covid lost ones, and maybe because Diddy version is so personal would have been weird for them to say the same words)

Oh this song from my teenage years with Sting. Love it. Live band and BTS is the perfect mix. Loved it. Yeah, I am old, hahahh. They sureley made it their own.

You should definitely watch BTS cover „Fix you” by Coldplay

One of my favorite renditions, more so because the vocal line took turns in singing those high notes. This arrangement showed their vocal prowess. The rap line rapped their lines, so clean and so cool. LOVE IT! This rendition has been on my playlist since it dropped.

As someone who was around when Diddy and Faith Evans vers of this song came out I was worried about this cover I can't lie 😅 I love BTS but this song is so iconic I just wasn't sure how they would pull it off who was going to do 112s harmonies and Faith Evans vocals but they surprised me they did it justice for sure

These gents always come through & I had this version on replay. As a Psych Prof, with a personal & professional life at times have strangers lives in our hands when it’s a fatal MH emergency & when we have to stop & their family are present it’s heart wrenching. I lost my dad just prior pandemic & I couldn’t sit at home knowing MH has shot through the roof with most young emergencies because I’m hurting. 1 death is 1 death too many & since I stayed opted in as a emergency out of hours too. I find comfort in this version so I’m thankful, I listen to it at whatever min I can at work & it gives me a boost as I think of all the lost & alive patients & families too. They probably had to change some of the lyrics in the rap bcuz of copyright reasons.

The original was called ‘Every Breath You Take’ by The Police. BTS made me so proud when they delivered this song in their own style while respectfully keeping close to the classic and remix. I wasn’t sure how hip hop fans were gonna feel about this version. It’s so near and dear to their hearts. My musical heart swells at the thought that once again BTS proved to the world that music transcends and thus brought together so many fans of different genres. This was so needed during COVID. BTS’s Dear Class of 2020 event also pulled so many people out of their depression at the loss of grad events. My daughter being one of them. No doubt, BTS delivered and the live band is the bonus. Makes the performance more personal imo. Thank you for reacting to this💜
