If minor problem you may use shoe-fix or all-fix solution (or fevicol SR-998). If major problem, then buy a new belt from amazon. It is available for about 1500-2000 rs.
You have to press two switches together to change different settings. The exact process will be there in the manual. However, I dont have much experience. I am using low priced/basic models and dont have that feature.
Please check where the noise is coming from. It is possible that the belt is misaligned and may be touching the side guard and causing noise. In that case you have to align the belt properly. It is possible that the cloth under the belt is removed from the rubber and therefore causing noise. In that case you have to put adhesive between the cloth and rubber. It may be because of dust and friction which can be solved by applying some spray. Thanks for watching the video. 🙏👌🙏
1. when the belt becomes old it becomes weak.. 2. if you tighten the belt too much then rubber gets extended and weak. 3. if there is mis-alignment then one side of the rubber gets damaged. 4. if there is dust and dirty things that will create more friction and put more pressure on the belt. 5. if your weight is more than belt capacity then belt gets stuck periodically and you tend to tighten it more. And so on.. You can imagine the rest of the conditions 😄😄😄😄
Some people walk imbalanced/tilted and the belt tends to move one side or other.. besides if you hold by just one hand then the belt will move to one side.. that damages the side of the belt. From my experience (you may try out) If you hold only by right hand then the belt will move to the left side and if you hold only by left hand then the belt will move to the right side. That is because holding by one hand makes body weight unevenly distributed between left and right. 😄😄😄😄

I am not able to visualize the exact problem.. please check whether power is coming to machine or not through indicators.. If power not coming then check for loose connection near the main plug.. try to remove the cable and re-plug.. If power is coming and motor not moving.. then there may be problem in switch panel/ cables/ connectors..
Yes Mr Singh, you are right. that is fevicol synthetic rubber adhesive. Out of all different available glues this one works best with treadmill rubber belt. Mine is working fine after repairing and I am using daily during this corona period.
@Sagar Singh sorry sir for late reply. If the belt is not aligned properly or the person will walk giving pressure on one side then the sides will wear out. If there is dirt between the belt and board then the belt cloth will wear out. It is important to keep the belt clean. Spray helps little bit- say 20% to reduce the friction between belt and board. 😍😍❤️❤️
Error 2 may be for overload or high friction, I don't know exactly, the manual of the machine may say it correctly. I have never come across any such errors. thank you so much Jeetu ji.
Spray helps reducing the friction between the belt and the board.. If the house environment is clean and machine is smooth then no need to put the spray. I suggest to clean the inner side of the belt with damped cloth periodically which will pull out the dirt. if there is too much friction- that means the belts sticks with the board when you put you leg- then it is better to put the spray under the belt to reduce the friction..
Reduce the friction to reduce heating, Clean dusts inside belt with damp cloth, remove if any sticky substance, spray little bit treadmill silicone oil under the belt, Thank you so much for watching 😊😊🙏🙏

I hope you have already tried aligning but still it is giving that problem. Sometimes the side of the belt is worn out and it does not have enough strength to hold the belt at the center. You may have to repair/change the belt. Please watch my belt repairing video. If it happens for one person and does not happen for another person then probably the body is not properly balance during walking. You may try balancing your body to center at the center. An interesting experience- while walking if you hold the handle only with your left hand and leave the right hand hanging then the belt will move to right and vice versa. Please apply this knowledge while walking to keep the belt at the center. 🙏🌹🙏
Where the sound is coming from? Motor, Belt or somewhere else? If It is from the board and belt you may spray some lubricant. If it is touching the side because of misalignment, you may align the belt. I am not a mechanic, but I have gained good experience after using treadmills for about 20 years.
