Thank yo very much.Same problem i have on my treadmill. Unfortunately, the service is very difficult to understand. service is very insufficient. I changed the sensor for 10 dollars and the problem was solved.
NOTE: This product works exactly as described. ru-vid.comUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!
my treadmill stopped working last night. First, it started slowing down randomly, then it stopped for good and an error code11 came on. I removed the cover to see the motor and the electric board and then I moved the belt manually and I could see one green LED light turning on and off according to the speed of the spinning speed sensor. Does this mean that the speed sensor is ok?
What can cause a speed sensor to fail? Just replaced the one on my old True 500 treadmill & it's already giving me the same error / no speed sensor. It's only been around 3 months since I replaced it.
Using a treadmill motor and controller for a power tool and not a treadmill can the safety feature be shut off? This unit will never be a treadmill, it's going on a drill press, wood working lathe, or 1" belt sander. I don't want to deal with mounting a magnet on the unit to keep the voltage pulse showing the speed controller board it's moving. You stated the DC circut is 3 to 5 vdc I'll assume red is positive pole and white is the negtive pole. I could build a pulse generator to supply the feedback but I don't think it's nessary the unit has it built in comming from the control panel. That's probably a 12volt DC circut I could step down with a 570 ohm resistor or a 1k ohm resistor. 1k ohm will drop 12 vdc to about 3 volts, 570 ohm I'm not sure but I think it's about 5 volts DC. To 6 volts DC it should be close enough. I don't have the boards layout to figure it out, but I think treadmills are similar.
Wondering if you could advise... My Fuel 63 treadmill belt was slipping as I ran, so I disconnected the machine and adjusted the belt as instructed in the manual... However when I was about 40 minutes into my run the treadmill just started speeding up on its own to maximum velocity and only stopped when I removed the safety key... Since then every time I switch the treadmill on I just goes straight to full velocity without me touching any buttons, then cuts out and it just repeats the same sequence (Speeding up and cutting of and so on) until I disconnect the key!!! Absolutely baffling!!! Can you help ??
I have a ProForm treadmill. There's no slippage in the belt. unit does not respond to any speed selection. speed selector does not work at all. it's basically stuck on the lowest speed selection.
I have a Gold's Gym 430i treadmill and when I step on the walking belt it stops. With the cover off I can see that the motor pulley and belt stops too with no movement. When I take my foot off everything starts back. The walking belt does not seem to be loose. I can see a red light always flashing on the board. Also the incline is not working but when I press a number I can see a yellow light come on and then go off. This all happened after I replaced motor and board then lubricant. Can you please help.😥 Thanks
Hi Mike, the red light indicates a speed signal. Did you calibrate the machine? It should have had directions with the lower board for calibration. Let me know - BDecky
What was the issue with your treadmills then? You did a nice job initially but never finished what the problem was. If you were demonstrating this on a treadmill that has no problems, then please say so.
My treadmill motor works - it speeds up but as soon as I step on it the belt slows right down and stops. Power off and restart it again gets going and I can adjust the speed but again once I step in the belt it slows down and stops. I have tried adjusting the sensor and lubricated under the belt but problem persists - any ideas?
My treadmill comes on but when I match the start button nothing moves nor does the incline or any of the bottom button everything up top works I test the motor and put power to it and it moves but it won't move when the board is hooked
Any idea what 'SE' means on the screen when you turn it on? I get this message on the screen when I turn the treadmill on then it will go to 12km/h and get stuck on that speed.
I have a proform 625 that worked great for a while now when you power it on the digital display numbers just blink and scramble and the treadmill won't move is there anyone who might have the answer to this issue.
I want a help. my trademill is being stop by its self after some second. can u tell what's the prob. ( its emergency stopper has been misplaced, I put a magnet instead)
