this man needs to go to prison and throw away the key. He is so guilty . This poor child died because of his actions.

Guilty guilty guilty! He murdered his son. The poor little boy died from abuse, from his hands. He needs to be thrown in prison for the rest of his life.

Is that called Tampering with a witness, Shouldn't there be charges for that,😮

I actually think you right. I might be wrong, but his mom kept on stopping him. I don't think he managed to influence her. She is a wife of a cop so I think she knew what he was trying to do get them both into trouble. So with that being said, I think if she didn't stop him and they did have a lengthy conversation about her testimony then I think there might of been some legal action. But I'm not to sure. You definitely asked a great question.

@CrochetCrimeAndCommentary I questioned the absence of an additional tampering charge, as well, but it appears his atty is averting it by simply not calling his mother to testify. In my view, he should be charged FOR ATTEMPTING IT! Life without parole gets my vote. ☝🏻Done and done.

Chris's mother didn't try to stop him or hang up. THAT was Chris's father. His mother is an airhead. Father is an ex law enforcement officer.

His mother was probably dominated by her law enforcement officer husband...who probably dealt some pretty serious discipline out to Christopher...the fruit doesn't fall from the tree.

I have tried so hard to not pass judgement and wait to hear the evidence. While they have not been able to put a “bat” in this man’s hands it’s so hard to come to any other conclusion other than Guilty. I think this is one of those cases where one thing alone isn’t beyond a reasonable doubt of proof but the totality of it all is mind blowing.

The footage, the police visiting finding the bruises while with his father without separating them but had suspected and called CPS, the hours that the pathologist said Corey was killed was only with his father and that treadmill video alone goes hand in hand with Christopher fleeting after his son died. If he is an innocent man, he would not have fled across states in a rented car to get to Mexico where he wouldn’t be charged. An innocent man would stay with his son. He killed that boy. Corey deserves justice

But does the jury know about this?? If not, than it’s useless evidence against him.
@CrochetCrimeAndCommentary
@CrochetCrimeAndCommentary Месяц назад
No as I understand it was talked about outside the presence of the jury

Sometimes the judgement of the general public is worse on someone who is guilty than a jury. Unless he told her extra information that can be used, the only thing they can do is add extra charges on him.

Monster!!!! Corey’s mom Brea was so mistreated by the defense lawyer, dragged her past drug problem and the judge wouldn’t let all Gregor’s criminal, violent past in for the jury to hear🤬. The judge that gave poor Corey to gregor should be sued!! Along with the case workers that ignored her hundreds of phone calls about him abusing Corey…because Corey told her!…..and wouldn’t let that in bc it was “hearsay”🤬. No wonder that despicable defense attorney is friends wth the gregor’s. Gallucci’s own son was convicted in 2022 in NJ of SA along with 2 other men for Grape!! And yet Bree and her family were painted as trash!🤬. Disgusting!! Put that monster Gregor under the jail!

I can't believe him and his family are trying to blame mom when she and her family had Corey for 4 years and there is no abuse. Daddy was in his life alone with Corey for only 7 months and he is dead 😢. The jury got it right!!

Yet, nobody knows about the abuse he experienced at the hands of Corey's mother's house. How corey called his mother's mother "the bad grandma" nor how Corey's mother's sister's GF slapped him so hard that a handprint was left on his cheek, nor how his mother abandoned him in Florida for DAYS with someone who was going to give him to child services because the person didn't want him, and nobody could find Corey's mother. Talk about a payday? There's so much more that is not allowed in because the timeframe doesn't fit.

If that did happen, the defense will dig it up, if not they will ignore the rumors.

Even if true, it didn’t result in Corey’s death. Corroborative and relevant evidence would have to be admitted into evidence. A judge cannot deny evidence that would clear a defendant of the criminal charges. Nice try though.

I'm sure his mother did her own share of negligence with Cory. This child suffered in his mother's hands because het focused at the time was the addiction but he had no injuries that lead to his death. This is why she isn't on trial.
