Marx Fishing she can be like that, but if you didn’t fish and just explored you would be saying you wish you had of spent more time fishing. Lol It’s a catch 22. I like a good treasure hunt almost as much as a fishing session and often combine the two! Many a lure has been found in trees while fishing and I made a video recently of one such adventure. Good stuff fellas 😉 Best of luck cleaning up that reel...I think you will need it!
I thought there would be a lot more rubbish than that. That was very clean. In Ireland theres a fierce problem with people dumping thier rubbish they wont pay so they go out at night and dump thier rubbish and a bridge is a great spot.
It was nice up there when I went and I caught a cod to which was a bonus. I wish I had of known that you guys were going I would have taken you out on the boat.
Reilley, when we were up there it was too low to get the boat in at the ramps. We did have the boat, and went out in the river later in the day. We put in a lot of hours and didn't get a single bite. Do you live up that way?
@@marxfishing We dragged our grandpas old tinny down the river bank and put her in and I live in Bendigo but we have a house up there 100meters away from the water.
Reilley Porter, that’s excellent. Is it a holiday house on the river, or does someone live there full time. It was my first trip to the area and it’s such a great spot.
@@marxfishing It was my Grandpa's House then he passed away now we use it as a holiday house and it's on the lake not the river cos the river is like 50 - 100 from the bank. Anyway I am glad to see that you enjoy it as much as I do.
Depends on lots of factors, depth of water, current, target species... lots a variables, but 1/8 to 1/4 oz jig head, size 1 hook, should put you with a chance in most situations. Any local tackle shop should have them.
