Like most of the other head hunter packs, the fifth one, Sir Hammerlock vs the Son of Crawmerax, has a small mini quest hidden in it. This one requires you to craft 3 treasure syringes at the cost of 30 Eridium, and then spawn three different treasure Varkids. You will get three treasure chest along the way with all 3 giving solid gear, especially the last one, which has a high change to drop legendary weapons.
This is from the last DLC for Borderlands 2, and I am playing the assassin character, Zer0, with a melee build.
