that's true. If you have a VERY empty check, you can try some filler on the periosteum (on. the bone) at the CK3 level (check MD CODES if you don't you were that point is)- But do not use subnormal filler because it will exacerbate the NLF.
What about Hallow Nasal folds? I have no sagging skin or folds, my NasalFolds are just so hallow. Its as if my nasalfold area is just empty.. like no bone underneath it . How would you fill that type of nasalfold? Fat transfer or filler?
Hi Doc. Thanks a lot for your videos I love them ❤. Is hifu same as Ulthera and is safe on neck and jawline one or two times ? Thank you so much in advance for your response 😊
If you need a test subject, senior citizen female Navy & Army veteran who’s nose is falling off my face and upper lip is falling down, getting old sux but the alternative is worse so, help lol
Sounds interesting; in Korea, it's popular to have paranasal implants, and it seems that the results are satisfactory. Is that the same as using an implant in the NLF directly? If so, why is it working for them?
Omg yes I have that hollow when I smiled close to my nose 👃. A deep hollow 😢on both sides . Dr. Ben Would fat grafting work? You didn’t mention that. I’m afraid of filler. The last one migrated
Can you do Fat transfer and filler on the same areas? I heard if i did nasal fold fat grafting… filler can never be used in that area again due to the fat and filler mixing and creating negative effects
I do not believe what you said at 2:34 min, ha, ha, ha! Thank you for sharing these very valuable insights on this particular topic. I believe that it is very important information for many people, including myself. 👌

Dr, I've read numerous peer reviewed articles discounting what you asserted with regard to thread lift and collagen production. Collagen formation have been shown to build up around the damaged tissue caused by inserting PLLA and PGLC threads in your face. I'll be happy to provide the links to these studies on here, cheers, otherwise I found this video pretty informative.
Yes but the "collagen" is in the form of scar tissue. I'm near 60 and you can see some of the "threads" of scar tissue under my skin where the PDO thread used to be. Also, it's very invasive and expensive for the amount of change you see imo.
This was very interesting! I am so lucky that I do not have any nasal labia folds yet. I feel it is because I have high cheek bones. I actually have a lot of fat in my cheeks…..ie the ones on my face. I am a petite person so the fat on my face is mine and not fillers. Thank you so much Dr. Talei. Have an excellent day!
