Have you or your loved one been diagnosed with MOGAD?
During our September "From the Experts" webinar, Dr. John Chen, neuro-ophthalmologist at Mayo Clinic, discussed and answered questions related to treatment options for MOGAD.
Dr. Chen's main research interests are in ophthalmic imaging, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and optic neuritis, especially NMOSD and MOGAD. He has over 150 peer-reviewed publications, has received several research awards, and is currently RO1 funded through the NIH.
This educational event is made possible through a patient education grant from Horizon Therapeutics.

Is there any information or case studies on relapsing remitting MOGad and pregnancy? More specifically relapsing remitting MOGad with IVIGg treatment every 3 to 4 weeks.

I'm just a (male) MOG patient, but my understanding/recollection from previous expert discussions is that rituximab is typically the go-to med to be on when pregnant, vs AZA or MMF for NMOSD (including MOG+) patients. Just googling IVIG pregnancy and looking at the studies that pop up indicate it seems to be rather safe as well, in general, but the evidence is limited, as IVIG is a complicated product. Both drugs (RTX, IG) do have "black box warnings" however. There are some talks and resources specifically about pregnancy with MOGAD and NMOSD you should search for.
