Many thanks! Many years ago, as part of my intensive training, I had the opportunity to spend some time in some of Japans leading companies. Ive always pushed this approach, if it worked for Henry Ford and Toyota... itll work with companies that 'WANT' it to work. Ive been supporting Chirton Engineering over the past few years, albeit one day per week, but they have really come a long way. I wished more Leaders had the same 'open minded' view.
