Bushcraft style tree shelter with fire place. What if for some reason you couldn't get out of the forest/woods/bush and you had to make shelter for days but no flat ground or it's a flooded out.
Once while NZ hunting in Fiordland a hunting party had to sleep in the trees for a week due to the valley floor flooded out. This event inspired this tree shelter, just encase I'm ever caught out in the same situation.
I always have a Rab Siltarp in my pack as an emergency shelter. Why not try it in the trees?
