Trek Roscoe 9 Taking on Some New Terrain! 

My favorite trail in dfw area is quannah hill. Gateway, Sansom park rocks , horseshoe , Northshore at grapevine. So much good to choose from around there . Enjoy

Gateway East and West are open currently in ft worth. River legacy is fun as well. I ride chisenhall a lot in Burleson / south ft worth

For places to ride, you're about 3 hours from Spider Mountain bike park which is down in the hill country, and is the only year round lift access bike park in the US. You're also about 5 hours from Bentonville the "mountain biking capital of the world"

My 3 favorite in DFW are Horseshoe Chissenhall and Parks of Aledo. Each one will give you a different kind of ride and they are great on a hardtail.

Sansom Park is pretty nice but its pretty far in north fort worth. Rowlett Creek is a little closer to where u are and its pretty nice. I haven’t been there in over a decade when i last lived in richardson so not sure what its like now but it used to be fun. Lots of choices in the drw area.

Fun trail that I can ride to from my house. BTW, Big Cedar is definitely worth going to! Oh, and at 4:57 of your video, you went left and missed the blue arrow pointing to the right. This, from then on, you were going backwards. The big wood feature is meant to be ridden the other way, but props to you for going up it backwards!

It looks like you did cross under the bridge an hit the good downhill.

If you are still in the DFW area. try Northshore. it will not disappoint.

Northshore and Big Cedar are some good trails in the area. Check out DORBA for the area trails. Enjoy DFW!

I love trails like that! Being out in the woods moving fast so a nice breeze all the time, no bugs, it's a hike where you can go 20 miles in a few hours and see some great scenery. That one was in the city, but trails like that out in the woods are great. That felt a lot more like the trails we have here in North GA. Honestly, I think that's more like the trails pretty much everywhere except out where you are out west. It's nice being in the trees and along a river or something, but it's pretty hard to beat the views in the mountains you have!

Merry Christmas Matty....If you are driving north on I35 on your way back to Colorado, if you have time, take a detour to Lake Arcadia north of OKC or even go east to Stillwater, OK to Lake McMurtry.

I recently got the new Roscoe 8. Wondering if you changed any stock components? I'm thinking a shorter stem and higher rise bars but don't wanna screw the handing up in the berms, or punchy climbs.
