I'm not sure, but I ~think~ they meant that you can upgrade other truffles by wrapping them in the brownie coating and dipping it in chocolate? Like making a double truffle? Either that or it's a mushroom flavored chocolate and Tasty has gone completely off the deep end lol.
a strong-smelling underground fungus that resembles an irregular, rough-skinned potato, growing chiefly in broadleaved woodland on calcareous soils. It is considered a culinary delicacy and found, especially in France, with the aid of trained dogs or pigs.
The first recipe were Brigadeiros and some of the other ones weren`t even truffles. The fact that you coat food in chocolate doesn`t make it a truffle.
Orlando Torres God I hate these types of comments because they serve no purpose. There is no one definition of truffles written in stone. They usually have a ganache center but they can be made with different things. And brigadieros were copied from chocolate truffles and first made in the 1940s. Don't be such a nudge.
So I've already tried 2 of the other truffles and they came out great but somehow can't figure out the Oreo one because they have no cooking instructions? Like how high to heat it or how long? How did you do it?
@@jessica-ip5wp you need to heat the condensed milk with the Oreo cream at medium till it thickens up. Then you need to cool it down completely. You then make them into balls. It's really good.
@@ananouri3583 thats... interesting ._. i had never looked it up before but yeah - truffles are from the 19th century and brigadeiros are from the 20th century... (i have the slight impression that brazilians are the only ones talking about brigadeiros-)
Gabriel Yanni Ocon of course. Its from our country, that is why. So i guess we can say that brigadeiros are a diferent kind of truffle...for some reason i never thought that way...
A basic truffle: A chilled chocolate ganache in a ball rolled in some sort of topping (more chocolate, nuts, sprinkles, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, fruit, and MANY MANY MANY MANY MORE)
1:38 Step One: Make cookie dough Step Two: Make brownies Step Three: Eat a brownie with some cookie dough on top Step Four: Cry because failed recipe Step Five: Eat some more Step Six: Feel happy That’s how you bake, folks
Sometimes, my mouth inhales the powder on the truffle (if the truffle has like a powder-ish thing on the surface of it) and I end up choking and coughing on it :)
