As a substitute teacher, it’s not always our fault. Some people are lazy or checked out, but even when you give it your all, it’s exhausting and difficult. Each day I get to class and hurriedly read whatever notes they left me, which can be anything from a sentence to a full page. Often, I sub for multiple people during the day, and I have to run from the High School science lab to the kindergarten, praying I have time to read the note sheet. Sometimes the kids are nice & the teacher leaves good notes, other times I can’t find the worksheets or the kids treat me like a verbal (and once, physical) punching bag. I’ve gone home crying more than once-I’m never teaching gym again. Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest. It’s a really underappreciated job,

"Runnin's not a plan, runnin's what you do when a plain FAILS." Words of true wisdom, always relevant and I quote them often. Also, thank you for finally articulating one of the reasons I love this franchise. The characters are all SMART. Now, okay, none of them are geniuses. . . Rhonda is the smartest and most educated in the first film, but even she's really only knowledgeable in her area of expertise, which is NOT biology (I love how she retorts "WHY do you keep asking me?" when the people turn to her one to many times to provide exposition she just doesn't have). But they all think through their actions and, as you said, come up with plans that actually make sense and work. It makes the Graboids et al so much more convincing when they can be smart, too, to keep trying to get at the heroes.

The fact that Zoran said: "I'm not James A Janisse" made the transition for me so much easier. Just something with the flow of that intro that would have felt off for me had I not heard the "James A Janisse". Zoran did a great job and hopefully this will allow James and Chelsea to take more vacations in the future!!

I love how you can see the building of Zoran's confidence throughout the video. He starts off as a 2018 monotone james, and gradually builds into 2019 james. He does an amazing job, much props to the crew for being able to adapt really comfortably, shows how much of a family Dead Meat is.

These movies mean a lot to me because I went through my teens watching these with my dad. I'm almost twenty now and every time I see one of the Tremors movies my dad immedietly comes to mind. I don't have a lot of happy memories with him, he was in rehab for most of my childhood, and when he eventually came home when I turned 11 or 12, he was usually locked away in his room due to a work-related back injury rendering him always in pain. I don't get to do a lot with him, and watching movies is really the only thing we've ever done together. These movies along with Harry Potter, DC and Marvel movies are some of my favorites because we used to sit for like, as long as his back could take it binging them. It's our father-daughter memories, and even if I don't see him much anymore since my parents split up and he moved an hour away, I still have the fond memories of us laughing and making stupid shitty jokes.

That is super sweet I love that that reminds me of my mom and I when I was also 11,12 or 13 years old my mom and I would like to watch scary movies like saw, scream and Friday the 13th I don’t think their my favorite movies but I have such fond memories of watching all of them with my mom sometimes in theaters or sometimes at home but it was something we always made time for

Fred played in a ton of movies. I didn't like them all but some of my all time favorites had Fred in them. Tremors being one of them! Him and Kevin Bacon were hilarious in that along with the rest of the cast! Makes me sad knowing he's gone. RIP Fred.

Has anyone else heard this Footloose/Tremors theory… The town from Footloose is the same town from Tremors. The ban on dancing wasn't a puritanical attempt to control the youth. The town elders were aware of the graboid threat, and banned dancing out of the fear that it would cause rhythmic vibrations waking up the creatures sleeping below the town. Kevin Bacon's character in Footloose stayed in the town, growing up to be his character in Tremors, at which point he has to try and contain the danger he inadvertently released.

Yeah, although some of the jokes fall a bit flat because the delivery feels more scripted. The thing is, that’s the same issue James had when he first started, and I’m sure as Zoran keeps going his comfortability and delivery will improve!

I wasn't really worried, cause I trust James' decisions with his business and he has given Zoran shoutouts in past so I've seen his channel and knew this would be different but still damn entertaining

@@workingstiff0586 For me, it wasn't that Zoran wouldn't do an amazing job (and he does) it was the change. After over 100 KC the change could've felt really weird if that makes sense? But as I mentioned Zoran does an amazing job that's the right level of different than James's style, while being himself and still remaining true to the KC forumla we all know and love.

@@workingstiff0586 Spot on man. Wouldn't have made sense if Zoran was just trying to be James, he's got his own personality and it needed to show, and it does. It seems the responce to Zoran has been massively positive, which is nothing but a good thing no matter which way you look at it. Hopefully it gives James that bit of confidence that he doesn't need to keep making sure people are enjoying the KCs with him, cause they are as entertaining as ever.

Fr, the only thing that could be improved is the way he says some of his jokes, since they feel a bit more scripted compared to James’ delivery, but that will come with practice, and I’m sure it will be great by the time he is finished with Tremors.
