You can't help but be amazed by this CCI (Custom Coasters International) wooden twister coaster as it drops 103 feet (31m) and rushes at 60 mph (96.5 km/h) through a plexiglas tunnel in the ride's gift shop, one of four underground tunnels along it's 3000 feet (914m) of track.

My first roller coaster was either the demon or the whizzer at six flags great America, the demon is the same type of ride as corkscrew but with way better theming, it has rockwork, a tunnel that it goes in as soon as it leaves the station and there’s demon eyes in the tunnel that glow, there’s another tunnel after the loop with orange and red lights, then you go down into the cork screws and the demon eats you, there’s also the story of the demon and the wicked demon song that plays when your in line and in the station, or my first roller coaster could have been one of those carnival dragon coasters, I don’t remember, or it could have been space mountain or expedition Everest at Disney world

I havent ridden this in 13 years but it was one of the best wooden rides ive ever been on.i used to live like 45minutes from silverwood lol.still to this day this ride is the best in the park in my opinion.thanks for posting this ....good memories lol

It looks like a great coaster. And wow, a Skydiver at 1:13... I haven't seen a Skydiver since the local fair in the 1980s. I wish there were more of those rides around.

Still my favorite coaster,was a terrible winter to build it,so much snow fell,that us guys that worked up in the air wore logging boots to be safe,i worked installing the track,still have the boots 25 years later...

They used Topper track in some areas?????because there website says it can be added to aging wooden's to make it smoother????with a fluid tie in to existing wood track I think topper track was used on hades 360 to for inversion LOL

rode this in grade school back in 2004. i couldn’t figure out how to buckle my seatbelt. my friend (who panicked and forgot how she buckled herself) and i tried all the way up the first hill to buckle me, complaining out of fright about the operator who didn’t bother to check on us. i went the entire ride holding onto the bar and pressing my feet into the front of the cart for dear life. my picture didn’t turn out very fun, since i looked so intensely focused on surviving whatever was coming. it was my very first roller coaster. i rode it again years later and luckily, experience taught me how to properly buckle and squawk at operators when i need their help.

When I first rode this coaster, my sister told me I had to hold on to the seat in front of me, and me being super young I believed her. I could barely reach so for the whole ride I was stretching my arms to their limits while also being on a rollercoaster, which really really hurts.

It is rumored that they will get an RMC coaster of sorts next year. They won't redo any of these guys, Timber Terror is a Silverwood classic and basically just has an out and back layout and Tremors already has tons of topper track everywhere on it, plus it is regarded as one of the greatest wooden roller coasters in the world!

Watching this because some idiot went on the ride at night 20 minutes before the park closed and had a seizure from Epilepsy. We missed our chance to go on the ride before we went back to our home in Oregon, because they closed down the ride because of their medial procedure. This ride was also closed the day before and was one of the things we were looking forward to going on, and we were next in line for getting on the cart. PLEASE! Do not go on roller coasters if you have severe Epilepsy, especially at night when there are flashing lights on the rides and a camera taking your picture, it WILL ruin the day for you and others around you.

NEVER. I heard a rumor (Bananarama pun right here) that they are getting a new RMC coaster (most likely a T-Rex) next year. And this ride is WAY too good to be iron horsed, it is still smooth (for a woodie), and is still considered one of the greatest wooden roller coasters in the US. All the other iron horses were rides that nobody liked.
