The voices are a lot more unique and full of life than the old ones, I love it 💕 in general this cast is just full of a lot of life compared to some of the older ones, might be my favorite one yet. Keep up the great work love ✨✨

Okay, so those new voices are amazing, but I REALLY liked how they sounded really bitcrushed and choppy before. Gave off the impression of "we're underground, so this is the best we can do". It kinda loses some of its' charm without it, y'know? Try adding a filter to the voices to get that bitcrushed and choppy feeling back...er, well, I mean, if you _want_ to, that is. This is your show, not mine, lol.

The way I see it, this could go either way. Bitcrushed voices give character, but higher quality voices make more sense because underground ≠ poor (unless Riji was specifically trying to go this direction), the underground isn’t the source of their financial troubles anyways; the only problem they should really be experiencing is terrible internet (which wouldn’t be a problem anyways because recording themselves shouldn’t require any internet). Plus, we didn’t really lose that much character, because you could justify the change with saying it is supposed to reflect how Trench is taking this news thing more seriously (symbolism go brrrrrrrrr). While I’m not saying that I disagree, I definitely think that this change is still a net positive trade-off worst case scenario. It’s like that one time in 7.2.0 when they buffed and nerfed Triple Splashdown at the same time.

I hear ya. "We're underground, so this is the best we can do" IS a part of their theme, but i like to think they are slowly improving as time goes on. They're a reflection of my own journey as a creator; I've started from humbler beginnings, but since I've been seeing some success, I've had more resources to improve my art and stories. That being said, Trench is still Trench. I hope you all still enjoy it and look forward to the future. ♡ Also, as a more proper explanation, the voices were changed because the original method i used wasn't really suitable for singing voices in their songs. So their speaking vices were changed to match their singing voices, and overall are higher quality. Mito has a new voice actor as well :)
