Hi You’re so good in designing a new visuals using the default power bi visuals which looks like a 3rd party visuals. Can you please do a video on Org chart on power BI for HR Data.. when there 30+ employees with 4+ levels in data feed. I tried to search in you tube.. didn’t find any useful video on this.. please please do a video on this.. this will be very helpful to many people. Not looking through all the comments, but for that complaint about not being able to change the decimals, I would modify the DAX to use ROUND and just drop the decimals.

hey, I guess you could make this possible like when you click on one slice of pie chart it expand to whole pie chart into that slice color... If it is achievable provide some solution.
i have a table where there are ratings for each name, the rating column named as monthly, quaterly and yearly each column has a separate comments column named as month_rating_comments, quarterly_rating_comments and so on , i want to create a table visual where if i hover on the specific rating it will show me only its particular comment using a tooltip

In my case the arrows from the error bars from the negative values show in the wrong direction. Thy also point upwards but they should point downwards as they do in your showcase.. what am I doing wrong???

@@HowtoPowerBI You do talk about DAX and you are very proficient with it. But it is not you primary focus and that is not a critique. On the contrary! All I know about PBI comes from 3 teachers. Ken Puls taught me PowerQuery. Alberto Ferrari and Marco Russo taught me DAX. You are the third and the most important teacher, since you taught me how to make visually appealing reports, how to bend Power BI and how to use it creatively. You can substitute the lack of knowledge of m and DAX with python and some clever SQL subqueries. But the best calculations in the world are useless if they end up in a sloppy and ugly dashboard. Therefore your content is a must-see for everyone who is into PBI.
you can turn on on object formatting under options, preview. Or you can go to the analytics tab (next to formatting) and set up the error bars from there
uuuuhmmm .. in power bi I would go for a line chart. It is simple, easy to understand, a go to visual for almost any report, can be modified into different visuals (like in this vid or boxplot etc), has more analytical features that you can add compared to most other visuals in pbi
