holy moly, all of this kind of stuff what is available these days... thanks a lot again for digging into this and sharing with us! Greetings from the NL.
Very impressive! I do feel that copilot in Power BI can essentially do the same. As a data analyst I find that creating the dashboards don’t take up loads of time. Most of my time is spent on measures, calculations, security settings and mostly cleaning/transforming data. In this example the data was very simple and accurate but it’s certainly a good tool
Thanks for watching! Copilot in Power BI is coming along too. I definitely prefer Power BI for dashboards if your company is willing to pay for it. The security features alone are worth it IMO.
Here's a Pros and Cons summary of their privacy agreement incase you want to use this Ai for any "work" related files: Safety Assessment: Pros: Detailed description of data collection, use, and disclosure. Clear user rights and methods to exercise them. Compliance with international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Mechanisms for data transfers with adequate protection. Cons: Involves data sharing with third parties and affiliates. Collection of significant amounts of personal and technical data. Potential for data to be used in aggregated or de-identified forms for AI training. Overall, Anthropic's privacy policy appears comprehensive and compliant with data protection standards, but users should be aware of the extent of data collection and sharing involved. If privacy is a major concern, users should carefully review the policy and exercise their rights as needed.
This AI tool sounds like a game-changer for creating dashboards! The fact that it’s free and can get things done in minutes is incredible. Huge thanks to the developers for making such a powerful tool accessible to everyone. Can’t wait to try it out for my projects!
Wow, this is amazing. I think this has for sure a lot of potential. I have replicated your video step by step and I feel surprised by the ease and speed for creating a dashboard while also learning a lot. I would be eager to watch a second part and follow you along. Great video!
Wow, this tool is incredible! It’s amazing how quickly and easily it creates dashboards. Plus, the fact that it's free is just fantastic. Great video showing its capabilities!
It worked when I copied and pasted the excel spreadsheet-what I am not understanding is how you were able to drop and drag your excel spreadsheet-is it perhaps because you are using the Pro version?
@@MyOnlineTrainingHub you miss some notes in your video i guess the file need to be .csv or text it should work after that the same issue in my side when i tried to upload my file the first time . have a nice day ;)
Nice, thanks! Mynda, we are not allowed to use AI's in our company so it is good to get some ideas and then do it yourself. Do you have any Dashboard where it shows the figures like Total Profit, Total Retention, Total People Left, Total People Joined, and so on... Which is created by you and not by AI. Thanks
Will it build the same dashboard results if you just feed it your data shemas instead of the files full of real data rows? This would help on the input token limit and also keep you from handing over all that sweet data for free to Anthropic.

Good day to you Minda. What did I see now? Just upload the data file and ask questions and in a jiffy dashboard prepared subject to the limitations. It seems our excel skills will go obsolete in the coming years.
Great to hear you gave it a try. I'm less concerned our Excel skills will be (completely) obsolete as AI being a language model is not as good at working with data. Particularly data that's unstructured. It will certainly enhance what we do and make it faster to do a lot of things. However, there are some major roadblocks: data privacy, data volumes vs computing power, messy data, auditability of reports (this is a critical) etc.
I have tried both dragging and dropping and then alternatively uploading an excel spreadsheet into Claude but for some reason Claude does not recognise the data? How do I remedy the situation?
Hi, Simon. I have Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. If you let me know what kind of assistance you need by replying, we can take the conversation offline.
Hi, thanks for sharing. However, I have tried both dragging & dropping and uploading the example excel spreadsheet into Claude but for some reason Claude does not accept the spreadsheet. Is there any reason for this?
Limitaation for Free users have to upgrade to Pro and pay for the Visualisation to be created, the example has minimal data so unless you opt in for the pro version its is pointless to use
Tutorial was great but without the pro version you’re extremely limited. No matter what I threw at it Claude came back with ‘to do this you have to have the pro version’. Trying to upsell everything. Worse than Norton.
The Claude tool steals a lot of data, and shares it with third parties. Just read their privacy policy. It shows extremely bad judgement to recommend it for any work related tasks. People may be liable for theft and termination with cause by giving Claude their internal company data or any private customer data whatsoever.
As with all major technology leaps it probably will eliminate the need for many jobs currently being done by humans, but also open up a whole new slew of jobs related to using it. The scary part is weather there will be any decent efforts at transitioning people from displaced roles into newly needed roles.
@kylew5456 Yes, as with all prior industrial revolutions. The best thing we can do is prepare. The upside is with this revolution is there are a lot of free resources online that people can use to reeducate themselves now.
