Im a baker, typically its to make sure all the powder is thuroughly mixed together and then the liquids are evenly distributed, also you dont want to over mix stuff depending on your batters. They definitely didnt clean the bottom of the bowl in the matcha section cuz there was loads of butter coming out (that ususally happens because the paddle doesnt reach there, so you have to manually go and mix that)

It looks like Koreans put their twist on western snacks like the Korean corn fog, savory butter cookie, kfc, kimchi fried rice, etcetera.

@@user-tz4kq4xf9s 저거 한조각이 저렴한가격이 아니라서요~ 항상 세가지맛 이상을 사니까 작은사이즈가 간절해지더라구요 ㅋㅋ 여긴 그나마 5천원이 안되는 가격인데 가게마다 6천원인곳도 있고 7천원인 곳도 있어용 그리고 저크기는 한조각을 혼자 다 먹기도 사실 조금 힘들어요.. 좀 헤비하다고 해야하나? 엄청 꾸덕하고 달고 물리는 맛이라 은근 많이 안들어가요ㅜㅜ 근데 맛있고 중독성이 있어서 자꾸 찾게되는...ㅋㅋ 카페에서 먹으면 저거 한조각 한시간 넘게 먹고 있음..

Germany also has butter cake (Butterkuchen) but it doesn't look like this

I think the USA equivalent is a gooey butter cake, which is quite popular in St. Louis, Missouri. So if you can find or make one of those, I'd imagine it's not that different.

@@tubekom3822 쌀은 주식이라 국가에서 보조금 지급하니까 싼 가격에 보급이 되는 거지 그걸 갖다 치킨에 부비고 있네 애초에 인스타붐으로 커진 시장이 한국 디저트 카페 시장이고 대충 사진빨 좀 받는다 싶은 품목들 위주로 가격 상향평준화된 것도 사실인데 뭔 만드는 사람 노고가 어쩌고ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 차라리 임대료를 언급했으면 몰라 뭔ㅋㅋㅋ

I think the baker's intention is the bar is to be consumed in slices, like something nibble with a coffee or a tea. eating an entire piece would be overload (for me).

근데 여기 버터바 정말 많이 안달고(ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ) 맛있어요 황치즈 짱맛....

코로나시대에 위생관념은 더욱 강회되었기 때문에 어쩔 수 없음. 그리고 생각보다 빵집에서 포장 안된 빵에 이상한 짓 하는 손님이 엄청나게 많음. 다 이유가 있는 거임...

위생하고 환경문제는 다른 문제이고 뭐든지 다 이유가 있겠지만 유난히 한국이 겉모습, 포장을 너무 중요시 하는것같애서 하는말임 비닐을 종이로 바꾼다던가 유리진열대에 빵을 진열하고 직원이 꺼내주는 식으로 하던가. 환경과 위생 두마리 토끼를 잡을 수 있는 방법은 충분히 있음
