I never realized how much potential this would have for Machinimas and other storytelling opportunities! Excellent work putting the new update's features to full use!
He jumped from most forgettable (along with the blue sky officer) to one of the best thanks to the new dialogues. I would have seen him as a good muni boss in an area littered by kines amf explosives (the laser ones).
Yeah, you can only customize them there and get them to spawn without your control in custom horde, but they appear under the Custom NPCs category in TMod so you can technically spawn them anywhere you want.
