At spot 3:04 that policeman looked so frustrated , too many people...too many not respecting them or the horse guards.....I guess it is a sign of the times.
"too many not respecting them or the horse guards". 😂 I find the armed police stationed here a bit too full of themselves. I have no problem with that guy being booted out if a permit was required, but their attitude in dealing with run-of-the-mill tourists appears to brusque and confrontational. It's like they mirror the personalities of the people who comment on KG channels. It's nonstop complimenting of the guard and criticizing anyone who isn't a guard.
Just Disneyworld to them, no significance, no importance.Does not matter one bit that it is the official entrance of Buckingham Palace. Not their royal family ,don't care.
They are not supposed to stand on the concrete or metal bollards, crowds are too huge and Met Police cannot monitor, but will get them. So many in the crowd acting odd.
It is a Military area and anyone showing disrespect to horses or soldiers can be removed by the police permanently. These are highly trained soldiers on Ceremonial Duty and deserve the highest respect.
Can someone create a better clearance of tourists? The foot trooper guards are very vulnerable to all these people! They need more protection❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You may pat the Horses, just not hold the reins or touch the rider or any kit or tack. Simple right? Those were professional film makers, and need a filming permit, ordinary tourists etc don't. He's going make money of the footage, and there is nothing they can do.
You are ALLOWED to pet the horses, it doesn't matter at all what you think or feel as the horse is not yours...The Trooper will and does decide what is best for his mount. Some Troopers don't allow petting while most do.
@@eilidhsomerville5554 Its got nothing to do with the MOD. It is entirely up to the Trooper whether or not they allow tourists to pet the horse, and the horses are trained to handle crowds.
I'm sorry! Every time I see the guards in their long coats, I think of the guards in the Wizard of Oz with Judy Garland! I really think they copied the Horse Guards' uniforms, and the way they march. The movie changed the color of their guard coats to green...or maybe a dark color since it was a night scene. Until I started watching the Horse Guards, I never thought about where the Wizard of Oz got their ideas! One day, I hope to see the Guard's sense of humor with a double line of them marching and singing, ooo-e-o---ooo-o 🎶🎶
Were the men Russ . Ain? Or perhaps did my ears hear someone else speaking. It certainly sounded and looked like it was coming from the mouth of one of those gentlemen.
@@user-dl8eo6zc9z . . . Fired can mean a lot of different things. Fired a g.u.n. Fired a bonfire. (the person who began it) Fired a firework. Fired can mean the signal which is generated by neurons firing in response to a visual stimulus. One can fire questions at someone - or, in past tense - 'he fired questions'. You can fire off a text message or an email - past tense 'I fired off an email'. I could go on but ... in this case, Abdullah meant sent them out or excluded them forcefully by a verbal command. *Well done Abdullah for capturing these few moments* . I'm stunned that they got away with even coming onto Ministry of Defence property in the first place, whilst carrying what looks to be professional film recording equipment,
