Canada weather really damaged my skin. I'm still battling with it. I tried all kinds of routines that didn't yield any positive results. I'm in the US now and I can see changes already. My neck was really bad. I used cerave rough and bumpy on my neck and it really helped. Dove bar soap is a really good one that also helped my skin.
