If anyone is scared of using tretinoin or retinol because of purging, not everyone gets side effects I had only slight peel around my nose . I have always had clear skin but I had uneven texture . My skin is flawless now . All thanks to tretinoin

Tretinoin is 💞 it's been 4 months I'm using tretinoin...no side effects at all, no peeling so far... it's just you have to be very patient but results are wonderful 💯

Yesterday was my first day of tretinoin microsphere gel 0.04 .. my dermatologist suggest me this cream , as you said i will start with slow process.. i never use it before so im little nervous after watching every utubers reviews like its purging.. its breaking out.. I started using trenion 0.025 since November 2023 now its 6 month complete nd i wanted to extended the presentage thts why i am watching your video..oh i didn't see nd side effect but my skin texture is improved nd now my skin is spot less glowing nd young like 17-18 nd my age is 31❤

Using it at 1% strength. Was thinking about using Demelan cream in alternate weeks. I use Tretinoin every night until my skin peels off and then stop using it for like a week so that the skin grows back and after every course, the newer skin is better than the previous one. So, should I add Demelan? And yeah, once my skin peels off my face turns red and slightly irritated for an entire day however, within a day everything gets back to normal. Like you said I don't use any other active ingredients but just a cerave moisturizer.
I'm oily skin and very sensitive. I use A-Ret gel 0.025% every other day. I have not faced purging but only very oily skin. Like no extra bumps or pimples, and yes a bit smoother skin. But my skin is oilier now.
I started tretinoin 0.025% at March and now my skin is is almost healed like purging phase is almost over within 1.5 months...now my skin is so dry....and yes there are pigmentation and 1 or 2 little bump

Hii you can use azalic acid as it does not harm that much your skin than a retinol do I seem that it only making dry your skin only there is no purging at all As azalic acid is beneficial for acne and acne marks and also for fine line if you use azalic acid then after 2 to3 month you start seeing difference spf is must Can be used am and pm on washed dry skin or if your skin dry then add mosturiser first then Apply azalic acid

You can use less potent retinol instead . My dermatologist always recommended using less potent ingredients so that I can introduce other ingredients also in my skin care routine. I’m using retinol since years along with vit c , peels once a week and transaxemic acid combinations. With this you can get multiple benefits.

I wanna give you a little TMI before I get to my question, I had visited 2 dermats long back to check small white pimples I faced near my eye area specifically, I got to know that that those are called milia and they said they will have to pick them out with a needle and I was very scared about it also the treatment was costly so didn't really opt for it & my Gynaecologist gave me this cream, initially I didn't know about it , the area where my milia was got worn out but besides it became darker and i was scared therefore I left using it. Now i am facing a similar problem of getting it all over my eye area, can start using this cream again? Also should I be using it even if I get normal acnes and all?
Also which sunscreen should I be using after this cream, I use Neutrogena ultra sheet dry touch sunblock spf 50+, but it makes my face really oily when I apply it. And also irritates my eyes, my eyes become watery too, therefore please recommend 🙏🏻 Thank you.
Hi I too have Milia, but I got it pricked and it didn’t leave any mark. I did it in Bangalore and my dermat just used a needle and did it very well. It is really safe and they will give a cream to use for 3 days and after that you are good to go. Face looks really clear.
For milia, trust me with my words. At the end of your skin care routine, just take a very small drop of glycerin (you can get a bottle of it for Rs.30) and put it on the affected area. You have to rub a little but not completely. You'll see the difference within 2-3 weeks. I've tried it myself and im very confident over the face that is works for sure! Hope this helps ❤️❤️

As a summary i all learnt from this video is that as a bignner or 20-23 year oldcan use first the foxtale retrol which is safe and sfter using full bottle and you use to and start with adaplene and after used to start tretinoin always use lower concentration use mosturiser before that and use in night everyday or alternate day . Dont use other active ingredients and not use in pregnancy alternate to this you can use azalic azid use gentle cleanser use Vaseline on cornor of nose mouth and eyes Dii pls pls I think right can we start retinol journey in 21 and follow this method without prescription as I was afraid of reaching dermatologist as he take higher charges and said only 4 to 5 month course and give medicines and creams and syrups and go meet the doctor every week it was a headache for me . For some time ago I take medicine but I could not complete the corse bc I don't reach doctor every week bcthat time I am a school girl and it side-effect me that my sclap is geeting dry and flaky and I use to do extra care of my sclap before washing that's why I don't prefer to go to doctor s pls recommend can I dothis journey as you say as I have presently use azalic acid for my acne and acne mark but over the counter I think that it make me little darker but that's not problem I do home remedy for that . I had very bad acne so dermat had given me isotretinion for 6months this helped me a lot and I had clear skin but acne marks were left after stopping isotretinion after 3 months I am again having acne and my dermat gave me adapalene gel to use every night but I am still having acne whiteheads all over my face so is this purging or should I consult my dermat….will adapalene 0.1% work for acne or should I ask my doctor to start tretinion and the acne marks are so prominent ….thank u for sharing ur journey please share your detailed everyday skincare routine 😊

No late at all... Just moisturizer then retinol then you can moisturizer with light handed... start with once a week. Twice a week . And gradually increase if you are comfortable.. once a week in month.. Dont mix with moisturizer.. coz chances are you will rub on the areas like edges of nose and eyes and lips
You need more than topical treatment . Consult a dermatologist because if you have inflammatory acne n other forms of acne then you will need other medications . Retinol or tretinoin is not a treatment for every type of acne .
My brother had so much acne recently and he is still 17 …..he consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed tretinoin cream to him and he didn’t mention how to use it and the after care as well…….i was unaware of it 😅1 day he said his skin was burning…..you said if you’re below 20 it’s not necessary to use it…..I just want to know if that dermatologist did the right thing 😊…..
