Back in the early days, especially in the start for tri-ang I think they tried to cater for all tastes with a good amount of non UK rolling stock, don't tend to see any of that these days from the UK manufacturers, but I've been in shops where the have a good range of Walthers models, do there must be a reasonable interest over here 🙂

It's interesting how quickly N guage grew, in the following 10 years, after Lone Star created it (as Treble O Lectric) back in 1960.

@@CZ350tuner I know the tri ang TT is, saw some rolling stock at Beckingham vintage show last year, I just don't think the Hornby TT120 incarnation will be as popular

someone at my local model railway club told me a funny story from an old rm magazine on how to improve the lima n gauge 4mt, which i believe is the same one in this catalogue, it went like this: “How to improve the Lima BR 4MT, first, dispose of the body, then throw away the chassis.” in other words it wasnt a good model lol
