I think this performance was play back. I can't see the guitar with Santana feeling at the end of the song. It's a nice song, but it was also the first commercial song by this band. The more experimental period was 1975-1979, with awesome compositions like "Abre la Puerta" (Open the Door), "El Lago" (The Lake) or "Se de un Lugar" (I know of a Place).

He loved Traffic as you may have guessed but the number one guy for him was Ray Charles, and Steve Winwood sounds like Ray Charles after inhaling helium anyway . And as you noticed they were influenced by King Crimson. And of course Flamenco.

After the last three albums, the band ends with the tragic traffic accident of its vocalist, Jesús de la Rosa. On October 13, 1983 at 6 p.m., the vehicle he was driving collided head-on with a van. This happened when he returned from giving a benefit concert for flood victims. The Triana vocalist was admitted to the ICU urgently. Although he entered on his own foot, the weight of the keyboards he was carrying in the back of the car had caused fatal injuries. After several surgical interventions, he died in the operating room at 4 in the morning on October 14. He would be buried days later.

Being from Andalucía makes me proud for you of listening for a lot of Spanish the better Spanish band ever existed. Im sorry I think I may have missed Asphalt do you have a link for that as well I really appreciate the suggestions I have been finding so much incredible Spanish music I never would have found without everyone's amazing suggestions! All this music has been so inspiring! Triana gives me a strange sense of nostalgia being I never heard them growing up but I now realize that I was listening to bands that were most likely inspired by them and bands like them!
