On a good day, they're just OK. Over the years the burger patties have shrunk so much that it's barely a burger. And the special sauce is kinda weird too. They use Thousand Island dressing. If you're in the USA look for an Eat-N-Park or a Big Boy restaurant. They have the Superburger. The Angus Superburger is a little more and it's amazing. This was unexpectedly educational! I didn't know that McDonald's in some countries made Big Mac's with chicken and no lettuce etc. Glad they enjoyed themselves! 🥰

All countries make the burgers based on local taste. Here in Australia they occasionally bring out a short run burger with beetroot on it. That's because Australians have always had beetroot on their burgers. Because it's pickled, it was the thing we used instead of the American pickle. Nothing more delicious than a proper Oz burger, with barbecue sauce (different flavour from US barbecue sauce as it isn't smoky), lots of lettuce, fried onions, tomatoes, beetroot slices, and sometimes very finely grated sweet carrot and thin slices of cucumber (neither are common these days), or pineapple, with bacon and cheese.

They don’t. A Big Mac is what it is the world over. Now - there may be other special ‘local’ items, but they don’t change the trademarked burger in any of their stores or franchises.

I'm from England, UK and my main McDonalds is a BigMac. The default (normal serving) here is a BigMac with lots of shredded salad, beefburgers, sliced gherkins (pickle) and the sauce. I didn't see any shredded salad there at all, but a dry-looking burger. I'd still eat it though.

McDonald's had a commercial jingle in 1974 telling everyone exactly what constituted a Big Mac: *"Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame-seed bun."* As I recall, to promote everyone knowing this, there was a prize if McDonald's called you on the phone and you answered by saying that entire descriptive phrase. I was only ten years old at the time, but still know the jingle word-for-word.

I love seeing these fine gentlemen trying our American cuisines. But, sometimes the items look like a "presentation" of what an American meal looks like. It would be REALLY AWESOME if they were all brought to the USA and, then they could try the items first hand. This channel could make it a weeks long series (or more). Showing clips of them eating and visiting touristy places. Now that would be a grand idea.👍

The big Mac is two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun . What you have doesn't have the right sauce lettuce pickles it might have the minced onion. Back in the late 70s they had a contest that if you could say all the ingredients in less than a 30 seconds you could have a big Mac for free.

@@Draken0023 You need to understand that a Big Mac in Islamabad, Pakistan - where I have eaten one - is the same as the one in Saudi Arabia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Austria, the UK, and the US. I’ve eaten Big Macs in all. They may make other items but they do NOT change trademarked items.

Thank you for giving them a drink with their meal. They always ask for something to drink, usually tea. Please keep up the good work and make sure that each have at least a glass of water or a cup of tea with their food. It is too difficult and uncomfortable to eat dry food like a sandwich or a burger without having something to drink along with it, especially when they are under those hot lights. Food could get stuck in their throats and gag them. I always feel sorry for them when they have nothing to drink, especially when they ask so politely for tea and still don't get any. So good job having a drink for them today.

I recall the time as a kid when McDonald's would give you a Big Mac if you would come in and sing the jingle. We lived only a block away and would go there every day they were promoting it. When it was our turn to order, we would just start singing and they would give us a Big Mac. They tasted better back then. Wish the McDonald's there served an authentic one. I bet these gentleman would enjoyed them. I make them at home sometimes. Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun! You have to sing it fast though. 😂

@@victorialw1 It was crickets followed by ...... "We don't know what dat is!" 🤣🤣 We frequented Burger King after that since we kept winning free fries off of their monopoly-like game. Fast forward a few years, we traveled back to AL for the summer once again and went to a local Mickey D's. It was three of us with 3 different orders. We all walked out with cheeseburgers and fries cause they had never heard of a McDLT, a McRib or a Beefsteak sandwich. We've never been to a McDonald's in Alabama again! 😁

What are the patties made out of? The beef ones in the US are a very dark brown. I figured beef patties would be halal, so has it been made with something else (they are very light in color)?

These Big Macs seem to be missing their condiments which they are famous for. When opened, these seemed to be dry. A Big Mac is not just a double burger; it has a special sauce, lots of chopped lettuce . I think someone at McDonalds is holding back the stuffings.

@@lesliesanderson1300 I’ve eaten a Big Mac in Pakistan - it is exactly like the ones in Seattle. McDonalds sources their meat from certain locations around the world (it is all frozen, you know). The cheese and pickles are as well. There is nothing magical about the ingredients.

That looked like chicken patties not beef. It seemed incredibly dry to eat. Where is the lettuce and special sauce? My best memories of a Big Mac is sharing one with our Golden Retriever! We would get one on car trips and seeing as he couldn't come into a restaurant Mc'Ds was a his favorite. He would get so excited! He got half the burger! He just missed his 14 birthday so we shared a lot of Big Macs!

Yes, the Big Mac came out about a month ago or so. In actuality Ray Kroc wanted to call the sandwich invented by the chef he hired, "The Aristocrat". No one in the office liked it. The secretary came up with the name Big Mac. She earned a raise immediately. Where's the lettuce??

@@turtlepowersf Pakistan still has Hindus. And the McDonald's franchise in middle east and southeast Asia predominantly have re worked their me us to base around chicken. Chicken and mutton are also more popular and slightly cheaper options or seems to the average Pakistani.

you have to remember, food chains make their food a little different over seas. In Hong Kong, you can order beer with your meal. Plus they have other options more oriented towards local tastes/cuisines

Not judging at all, I know their diets/ways of eating are different mainly due to religious beliefs...but here in the States the burger has 2 all beef patties, lettuce, onions, pickle w/a sauce that's similar to Thousand Island dressing. This looks nothing like the Big Mac that I'm used to.

Uhm, I am a Pakistani , same country where they are. And believe me, when I go to a McDonald’s, Maybe they don’t use Beef patty like The US but they add the signature sauce, provide with ketchup and sauces of choice absolutely for free. It’s one of the best things. Whatever they got, that’s one hell of a dry Burger.
