Tribal People Try French Macarons for the First Time 

I am a French trained American pastry chef, and what I wouldn't give to fly a pastry chef to these wonderful people to make fresh croissants and pastries and other desserts! Just to see the joy on their faces! I love your videos!

The way Mr. Chaudhary spoke with such reverence for these macaroons was extra heart-warming today. Really glad they all enjoyed it, even though it was a bit too sweet for Mr. Ullah. That's okay; it happens sometimes. Once again Mr. Nadeem was putting on the charm, while Mr. Baloch was his usual regal self; is there anything he doesn't like?? 😉😂 Too bad Dr. Tahir wasn't here to assess the medicinal properties of macaroons. I am always amazed that no matter what Mr. Sher Khan eats he never gets something stuck in his great moustache. And Mr. Chaudhary's happiness with everything sweet is so enjoyable.

It's always a joy to see them try new things they could not imagined existed.

I'd love to cook these folks a real American summertime meal - grilled rib eye steaks, corn on the cob, cole slaw, potato salad, , San Francisco style sourdough french bread, and apple pie ala mode for dessert.

They take nothing for granted and are very thankful each time a new item is given to them. I enjoy their joy

Ohh those macarons have hardened! I wish they could try truly fresh ones. The way they speak about every little thing upon the earth is so refreshing, I try to always look at the world and his ppl the same way. Always with a positive light. When they bite into it, it actually sounds really rough, probably because it isn’t fresh but fresh macarons are out of these world! I know it must be hard to obtain it though but it usually taste pretty puffy and heavenly because of the rich almond flour.

I just love these guys...Chaudhary Raffique loves sweets and is so delighted when he likes something and his expressions are so perfect that it is utterly heartwarming, Rana is hilarious and adorable, Gul Sher is a riot and looks like a fairy tale hero, Sana prefers things less sweet which is interesting because he, himself, is a sweetie-pie, and the missing and missed Tahir would have given us his expert opinions on the nutritional values of macarons and sweets in general. There was a bakery in my area devoted entirely to macarons of every flavour and color imaginable, but sadly, the Covid-19 pandemic came along and the business was too new to survive the upheaval. I'm a huge sugar person (which has to stop because I am now diabetic lol), but I wanted to try these things for years. Saw them at a bakery last year and indulged in the expensive treats. The texture was interesting, not at all what I was expecting but surprisingly, they were too sweet for me. Thanks for the awesome content!

Macarons taste so lovely because they're made with almond flour. I agree they are overly sweet, but they are best eaten with black coffee without milk or sugar.

Such a lovelygroup of gentleman.This is a funny that I came across this video today. I tried Macarons for the 1st time. All the hype for many years I thought I should try them. I was expecting a crunch instead they were chewy and I must agree a little too sweet. Not my cup of teal. I will stick to pofiteroles, or almond croissants in the future. But I will be certain to be a bit more grateful of the foods I do like like these individuals.:)

I wish there was a way to have a video of Mr. Chaudhary and Grandma OK (from ReacThing) eating various new foods together, because they're both always so excited and pure and reverent of new things, it would probably break the internet with cuteness and joy.

Macarons and Turkish delights, the most exquisite. If they knew they are luxurious delicatesens, not available to anyone. They are so polite and respectful, they never criticize the customs of other cultures.

I learn so much about the food culture of these wonderful men as they try new things. I really want to taste the food they love to eat.

Macarons are some of the prettiest sweets. Also some of the most fussy to make unless you're an expert. New guy (I'm sorry I forget his name) would probably like the cocoa or espresso flavors - they seem much less sweet. They are served with coffee or tea to balance the sweetness too. When freshly made they have only a tiny shell of crispiness on the outside and inside is sort of like a warm marshmallow. The ones made to ship are more sturdy and crunchy. Soft macarons would never make it.

Now I want to try some of those Pakistani treats!

We are lucky to get locally made macarons here, but they are expensive. It requires hard work, and they're so fragile. My favorites are coffee flavoured, raspberry, and pistachio.

4:11 "Balushahi" is how Google tells me the name of that sweet is most commonly westernized. They look like doughnuts, but here he says they taste like macaroons. I want to try one now.
