Traditional food for filling stomach and giving respect is good..but respecting every fast crap food isnt needed always.. specially if its not good for health Junk foods can never be compared to freshly cooked cereals at home. Yep. Thought the same thing: "Chronic patients who are fed up with their lives usually eat such food." . . . On the other hand, I really like fettucini pasta, at least as my wife & I make it. Lots of garlic, spinach, cream, all that good stuff. May we live a thousand years with such food ;-) (Which goes to: I wish we could just star trek transporter some of my wife's cooking over to these guys. Like the gnocchi soup we just made for lunch. Or the roast beef & vegetables we make with mash potatoes and gravy on the side.

The Khan can enjoy and dine with anyone with aplomb. He would make an excellent guest anywhere. He has a lovely heart and bearing and would have been a great addition to a royal household. I would not hesitate to invite him into my household. He never complains. For this reason, I enjoy listening to Gul Sher Khan the most out of the four gentleman.

It amazes me how shapes affect one as the pasta recipe is the same. Fettuccine means ribbon. And farfalle is the shape of butterfly but people see it as bow tie lol. Great for trying this. 👏

Growing up in an Italian American family, I learned as a child how to twirl pasta on a fork with one hand🙋‍♂️ 🍴, it was more than second nature to me. They would probably enjoy the dining experience of pasta much more. 😋🍝

I like him pointing out showing respect to others food. It can be really tough though sometimes. I tried some type of Turkish milk based drink and it reminded me of tasting like what the one guy called Barfi! For non-native American English speakers we also call vomiting/getting sick barfing. I love Doner Kebab and. a lot of Turkish and middle eastern type foods but that didn't go well with my New England raised taste buds. Truth is trying foods from around the world can be good and open you up to new things. You have to risk the rarer bad culinary experiences to find all the good ones the world has to offer.

Since they are so concerned with health, it would be good to give a complete list of ingredients. Pasta is made with more than flour, it has eggs. The advantage of pasta is that it will keep dry for a long time and takes little time to cook--it does not have to be baked and can be mixed with all kinds of meat, cheese, vegetables, and herbs. Each shape has a particular group of ingredients to mix with it. A good simple Italian cookbook would be interesting---or one of those "Gramma cooks" podcasts on YT.

Fettuccini Alfredo prepared well is really really good. There should be a white cheese sauce covering the noodles. I think it is best with the alfredo sauce, chicken, and broccoli mixed into the noodles.

Fettuccini Alfredo is what it's called if you add chicken and the Alfredo sauce. The cheese is in the sauce. Good stuff if you add broccoli as well. OMG I want some. It's Italian food but yes, we here in America eat it as well.

More tastebuds per square inch on the tongue = super taster. Super tasters can taste more of what is in a food. Those with fewer taste buds per square inch can eat, and enjoy, a wider variety of foods. Especially foods like raw onions.

This type of pasta is made with water, egg and Semolina flour. Semolina is a grain grown to make pasta. It may look a little odd, but it is DELICIOUS!

You should do this one again and make American style Fettuccine Alfredo. A cream sauce thickened with a butter and flour roux and flavored with lots of Parmesan Cheese and garlic. We serve it topped with pan seared chicken strips or shrimp and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a garnish.

If it had chunks of cooked chicken in it, I think they may have enjoyed it a little more. It was plain pasta with sauce wasn't it? LOL They all are so game to try what's set before them.

There always seems to be a disconnect when Italian food is made. Personally, I would have added more cheese sauce and no pepper. I am assuming that it was supposed to be fettuccine alfredo.🤷🏾‍♀️

Have to have the pepper but it does need chicken and more sauce. I don't think they eat shrimp. Shrimp are unclean and considered insects right? I don't eat them for those reasons. The Bible says not to eat them or lobster or crab etc. Ijs 🤷🏼

Past is one of my VERY favorite things. I can find fresh, handmade pasta in my city. Find some fresh herbs and make your own tomato sauce. Add some homemade garlic bread with butter. One of the best meals ever. If, like the man in the video said, chronic patients are fed pasta, they must have the wrong recipe. I try make a healthy version, but Italians (and other) can make mouth-watering pasta that can give someone a heart condition. But it's oh, so GOOD.

It’s SO interesting how people from different places have completely different tastes. I’m thinking that how can anyone not like it. Copious amounts of butter, cheese, and cream. What can be better than that? But if your not used to rich foods like that I can see how it would be overwhelming. LOL these guys are hilarious ❤️

I wish they’d show the guys how it is made. The pasta is made from flour and egg and the sauce is butter and Parmesan. These are all ingredients they know.

They live in poor area where they dont even know what clean water tastes like. But sure go have them cook their own 'pasta' because You italians are so prickly about your DOUGH and cream that You even fought each others dough. Ive never seen any respectful italian taste test even when they judge each others cooking

It's funny they don't have a problem with spaghetti but they do with fettuccine lol. They're both made the same way, just different shapes. They can dress this up in so many different ways. I like mine with green peas and tuna or with grilled shrimp, for example.
