I had the same issue, I had ordered it from Amazon during a sale and noticed that behind the packaging there was a sticker which had (renewed) written on it, could you please check if you have it as well ? I’m assuming Amazon sells products with minor defects during the sale. I’ve asked for a replacement/refund, will keep you updated on how that goes.

motion plus can beat any time tribit 24w speaker even its old , with no 2nd thought go with motion plus this is awesome speaker

Tbh, they're both very different speakers with a noticeable difference in the tuning. Although, if you want to get a decent sound quality from the Motion+, you need to apply Alan Ross' EQ settings. However, the Motion+ would still sound a bit metallic in the highs and have less extension in the lower harmonics. The only advantage it has over the MaxSound Plus is the sheer amount of volume and bass it can deliver. And the sounstage of this speaker is really wide because of the tweeters that are angled out to the sides. So practically speaking, it has a more interesting sound, but if you're a purist then the MaxSound Plus is your best bet! As the highs of this speaker naturally extend into the upper harmonics with a full 5 kHz spectrum upto 20 kHz. With this, the lower harmonic extension in the DSP is an icing on the cake, as the flat response let's you enjoy generes like classical and jazz thoroughly!

Are you people mentally ill? The Flip 3 is a mids dominant, metallic sounding speaker with little to no bass at all! On the other hand, the MaxSound Plus has a tuning that many 20k worth rupees speakers doesn't offer!

@@pradeep5205 depends on what kind of music u listen to. If ure into electronic Bollywood rap type music go for boat... If u listen to jazz and metal and have exquisite taste in music buy tribit as it sounds more balanced.

Flip 4 is so distorted that it's not even worth the money. You can get better speaker at half the price.

That being said, the MaxSound Plus is on a league of it's own if you compare it to that kitchen radio sounding shit.
