If sound quality is your concern, then rest assured that the Soundcore Motion+ will outperform any mid-sized BT speaker from any brand, whether it be Marshall, Bose, or Bang & Olufsen.
Only problem is they still have not given colors to the control buttons. It's really really hard to identify the different buttons in indoor light, we need to really look at them to choose which button to push. They should have given paint to the control buttons atleast on the new speakers. But I think the new one is quite louder the more bass heavy then the old one.

The best one out of all the options you have mentioned is tribit x sound plus 2 and I got it for ₹3400 as it was discounted for first 3 days. So I’ll suggest you wait for sale and you might just see it again for that price !
Please compare this with portronics Sound Drum P. The only speaker in 15 to 30 watt range that I want every other speaker to compare in terms of loudness and bass is the one and only portronics sound drum P. That's still the king of 20watt speakers to me. There's hardly any speaker at that price point and wattage that can beat this speaker in terms of loudness, clarity and bass. That speaker is just amazing and unbelievable for just 2000 rupees from portronics. Only minor drawback is the battery life, it last for about 3 hours only at loud volume. If it could last for atleast 4 to 5 hours at 80 to 100 volume, then there's no point buying other speakers. Portronics Sound Drum P is the unbeatable king.
I have been using Max Sound plus since last August 2023, it's too good. Battery backup is great. Bass is good for a medium sized room. Xsound plus 2 is louder than the max sound plus
Louder doesn't mean better. The MaxSound Plus sounds a 100x better than XSound 2 because of its flat treble response and details in the lower harmonics.
My Xsound Go is still working after 4 years but the outer soft black coating has completely chipped away showing all the white harddhell. Can you please tell ne if the material outside is same as on the old ones. I really like the sound so wanna repurchase the 30w one
I've heard one comparison video (forgot the name of the channel). Both are GREAT speakers! Charge 5 is mono. If you want a neutral and full body sound, have to choose motion Plus. But bass is not as punchy as Charge 5. For edm and remix like songs, charge has an edge. All other genres, motion Plus is slightly better
@prash1246 Motion+ is way louder than Motion 100, and when it's tweaked using the Soundcore app, it's even louder than the Xtreme 2 and is almost as loud as the Xtreme 3. Not to mention, Motion+ is the only speaker that comes close to sounding as Hi-Fi-ish as the Vifa Helsinki, which is a $500 bt speaker but in a smaller package.
soundcore motion 100 or Xsound plus 2? ordered motion 100. will get delivered tomorrow. is it right decision. had boat stone 1000 previously but sound clarity was not good.
I apreciate your input and work on this video but it is useless - this speakers sound best at 50-60% volume and you change them by comparison much to often, let them play a bit longer than 1 second - at least 4 -5 s before change otherwise we can't hear anything but chaos. Take care
MaxSound Plus only. It's an even better option than the XSound 2 if you're a purist and looking for a type of tuning that extends flat in the upper harmonics and has a similar sound signature to B&O A1 at the fraction of the price.
XSound 2 is a piece of trash. It comes with a V shaped tuning that emphasizes the upper bass and highs and subdues the lower mids. In other words, it lacks the ability to accurately reproduce the sound of string instruments and bass drums, and makes the highs sound quite metallic.
