This is private video I put together for the Cobraman back in 2013.
In Marks videos he had this old Yaesu 707 he named The WD40 kid it was sitting in a pile of rigs that he had acquired that the previous owner had been tinkering around with and had hoped that spraying it full of WD40 may bring the unit back to life. Oh dear!!!
Mark used laugh about it and bate me that it was to far gone to bring back to life however I had other ideas.
Anyways to cut a long story short I wound up with the unit in my workshop and put these videos together trying to bring the old girl back to life.
Mark always wanted me to publish this video but for one reason or another it did not happen so I think it only fair this video sees that light of day. Enjoy...
