I’m here for the thumbnail… that DBAL-A2 is mounted at wrong direction right? 😂 By the way, just ordered myself a vltor m1s stock. Cool stock. Light but sturdy.

I had always dreamed of having a Ruger mini 14 but with a wife and two daughters i could never justify spending that kind of money on myself. Three years ago my wife and daughters mistakenly bought me a Springfield Armory M1A scout squad rifle thinking it was the rifle i had drooled over. I cried just looking at the rifle in my hands knowing how much they paid for it. Now I am trying to save up to make it like yours. Love the way the M1A shoots. 350 yds all day long.

Smith Enterprises for any parts you want to upgrade. Don’t go above 168 grain if you want it to last. 147 is best.

Probably mega front heavy would be my guess. These things are stupid heavy in a sage chassis. Elcan isn't helping

Archangel has a cqb stock that shipped with the M1a socom cqb. That stock on a full size M1a is as close to ebr as you can get and under 200 bucks. Also fraction of the weight.

I have a stock urban camo SOCOM II with a EO TECH and Surefire Scout light, it runs like a top since day one and continues to do so.

The M14 is a Match-Marksman rifle, it suppose to be Heavy and Sturdy! I have been wanting a Springfield M1A/M14 for a long time. The EBR is a Must! M14 was always designed to be a Match Marksman rifle. The EBR is the only way to go.

Have you tried all the chassis? Vltor’s system is accurate and 2 pounds lighter.

Nice upgrades. I love the upgraded bolt release/stop and the magazine release button. I'm going to be purchasing those two for mine.

The ergonomics. The grip and stock style of the Archangel is designed for stationary fire, whereas the EBR is pistol gripped and with a slide-forward stock. You get more ergo for movement with the EBR
