You did amazing, it’s also funny of how you have now battled against TWO characters, Cthulhu and Springtrap, that were created by bigots, H.P. Lovecraft and Scott Cawthon.
One thing I really dig is just how violent and aggressive Tricky's lines are compared to Afton's. Like, you can tell Afton is pissed, but true to his character, he shows a sort of cruel-hearted wittiness to him. His verses are much slower but just as impactful. Tricky's verses are more aggressive, spiteful, brutal, and loud. Both of these two feel surprisingly true to their original official selves.
@@bigman542 Joked aside, that's actually a stupidly good comparison, atleast for Tricky. In Madness it seems he just likes to do whatever the fuck he wants to do just for shits N giggles
@@bigman542 Well, yeah, but he has a reason. Incase you havent watched Madness, the dude literally has a reality warping cosmic tomfuckery generator planted into his skull, allowing him to do some crazy shit
I can never get over how hard Tricky’s lines go. Not even because the lyrics mean stuff, but because the person who voiced Tricky is the embodiment of Tricky’s aggression and anger into rap.
It sounds like Springtrap is calling him skilled, people in the circus are kinda trained to do some sick crap. Like balancing on a tightrope on a unicycle, that's skillful.
i feel like the line "you can try to burn me, but tricky i always come back" is so underrated the double meaning of burn for both literally burning and trickey's roasts is cool, and hes basically saying "even if you win this rap batlle ill just recover" AND "these roasts mean nothing ive been through fires", while also implying hes using a _madness_ technique of repeatedly trying again and expecting different results. theres just so much meaning packed into that one line, and its even better because the entire song is like this from both sides
Oh come on that's not even a roast, those already a common roast in popularity of memes, same with your dad go out of milk and touch grass those are commons too
one thing I absolutely ADORE about these rap battles is that there is no low bar when it comes to insulting the opponent. Tricky went for Springtrap's creator while Springtrap aimed for Madness Combat's community Did they have to go that far on each other? No. Did it pay off? Yes. it's actually kind of ironic from each other when you think about it
And since this is getting a lot of newfound attention recently I just wanna reiterate that I’m a big fan of FNaF and Madness Combat and none of these lyrics reflect actual opinions of anyone involved, including myself! I think giving each character as much material as possible makes for the more entertaining video, and I figured I would match a low blow with a low blow. I don’t mean any direct hate to Scott Cawthon or the FNF/Madness communities, it’s all just for fun
This has gotta be one of my favorite battles of all time. I was already excited for PE$O as Tricky, but I had never heard of King Mewtwo. His Springtrap voice blew me out of the water goddamn. Amazing performance from both parties, amazing editing and animation. Just...incredible all around. Happy Halloween!
Geniunely tho, this was absolutely incredible. The writing is so fucking brutal and crisp, the Springtrap animation by Patrick was FANTASTIC, the VAs did so good with their roles, the Tricky editing by Eddie is so unique and rapid-fire, and the animation by BMB and Valondie's art is just.... amazing. This is a top 10 FRB for sure. 10/10.
As a British person, I was simultaneously laughing my ass off at and extremely disgusted by the Queen Elizabeth diss. Thank you EddieFRB for making one of the only rap battle lines that left me geniunely stunned. (by the way I'm not saying that line made the battle bad I'm just saying that because you know it hasn't really aged well lol) EDIT: now that I think about it it's both aged very well and extremely terribly lol
To be honest, this is better than most of “Epic Rap Battle of History”. All your tracks slap, the matchups are cool but you don’t see them coming. Keep going because you’re making art out there.
Goddamn, you did absolutely amazing, writing this masterpiece! 😎 Pe$o Pete's Tricky Clown may have showed all the "signs", but King Mewtwo's Springtrap surely put a "stop" to him. Still AMAZING work to everyone here! 😃
The voice cast was perfect. Both gave an accurate impression on what the character sounds like or what they would sound like. There’s nice references on both of their parts and their style of rapping perfectly fits their character. The animation is great and the video overall a 15/10 for me because I’m a fan of both of these characters and where they come from which shows much more of the accuracy and though that was put in for me. 👍❤
Man this is just awesome! Springtrap’s animation is superb and King mewtwo does a great voice. Both of Tricky’s verses were great and I loved the moment at the end of Tricky’s second verse when both are 3D animated. Speaking of 3D animation, it’s super smooth and both combatants models looked great. This Halloween seems to be the best day for rap battles!
1:26 I love the way the spirits look like their bobbing their heads to the song like in a music video lol. “ We hate this guy but he is spitting out bars 🔥”
@@afifaizhWhile that is true, the Animation team most likely still did that on purpose _because_ it looked like they were bopping their head in the original games.
This had to have been intentional but having Tricky's second verse open with the same rhythm as the bridge of Madness from the fnf mod is such a cool reference and is integrated so seamlessly that it's easy to miss.
"I want and asked jebus and he said FUCK SCOTT CAWTHON" that left chills down my spine not just the line but the way pete screamed that and the way the beat went along with it was immaculate
Holy shit, this is amazing. The beat is perfect, the disses are on point, and both are extremely in character. I’d have to give it to Tricky, because he just would NOT let up with the savage disses, but Afton was very close as well. Which is good, because the best rap battles are generally really close (Theodore Roosevelt v Winston Churchill, King Dice v Boogie, just to name a couple). Absolute banger of a battle, and probably the best on the channel.
Pesos Energy is unmatched tricky was the PERFECT role for him that second verse was just insane god I say it every battle but these just get better and better and spring traps disses were brutal

I consider myself a major fan of both Madness Combat and FNaF and did my best to faithfully represent their home series while adjusting the tone to fit the rap battle format. Don’t take it too seriously, it’s just for fun.
The best Tricky rap battle ive EVER SEEN!! Tricky put an effort but.. Springtrap gets my vote, he had the best verses. Your channel is SO underrated, It needs to rise like hundreds of others, this is awesome.
Springtrap definitely one the entire battle with his second verse,he mad fun of trickys game, fans ,tricky himself while using atributes and phrases from fnaf to do it
Now I kinda wanna continue the Newgrounds style, with Eduardo from Eddsworld and SMG3 from SMG4. Both obnoxious stuck up doppelgängers of internet icons. Also damn Tricky, should’ve expected you to hit the low blow with that Scott controversy. While I still don’t believe he had any ill intentions, it definitely leads to some solid burns…something Springy is more than used to. Both voices were spot on! As a fan of both characters, it’s actually hard to pick a winner, but I feel Springtrap BARELY wins. No I’m not biased what are you talking about-
Although it was for the sake of the bar, Springtrap wasn’t the one being pestered with the errors - if anything, the audio pestering him is a system that works, and the nightguard had to deal with the errors. Nitpick, admittedly
Springtrap's lines where amazing GOODNESS. That "We found one, a real one". And the Friday Night Funkin one. Also the "I always come back one" was obvious but well placed.
This isn’t even because I’m a fnaf fan, but Springtrap’s bars went so hard. Both represented their source material so well and the pace for both made so much sense but Afton’s references, burns and flow was so well structured. And the impression was good!
I think Springtrap won, I can get a little bias sonetimes but i dont feel it here, not even a bit, Tricky's lyrics definitely flew better but Aftons' hit harder. The only reason I know about Tricky is because of FNF it really just hit hard when that lyric was said.
This is actually really good, the animation and dissing just complement each other perfectly, and the disses are just perfect for their respected character
Okay so basically to me it's a tie, Tricky had his great entrance and was heading to Scott Cawthon's head which had good disses, meanwhile Springtrap took it personally and has much more understanding, when he talked about FNF getting the credits and popularity he absolutely had so much beef to the community itself. Tricky in the first verse was fire, Springtrap second verse was oh my god was hitting bars so much higher.
Something I noticed was just how much more pissed Afton was in his second verse- its nothing big, but it’s just fascinating how much more edge was added to his voice-
Still definitely one of my favorite battles, if not my favorite on the channel period, hard to say. Honestly though, favorite is by far the end of Tricky's second verse, god that's an awesome line. Basically calling himself the devil while referencing Henry's speech and such, all with that impeccable delivery. Good stuff.
ERB uploaded earlier in the week, creators are dropping bangers after bangers, and now this? Rap battle fans are eating GOOD rn. This battle was fantastic from begining to end, love the editing and animations for both characters especially. The writing here is some of your best work yet Eddie! Springtrap won imo, his last line in the first verse was insane
Springtrap had a nice flow with heat on his side But trickys sheer aggression and personal shots is what drove him to win. especially with lines like "We tend to get a bit quirky at. Im stuffing her birthday suit that ho is bad" "The devil is here and your souls for taking, your hell begins now so dont keep me waiting"
I mean, not like Springtrap has any wiggle room for that bar...There are a bunch of weirdos in the FNAF community if not more than the Madness Combat community
Oh my fucking God tricky the clown went goddamn beast mode on every goddamn thing as soon as I listen to this dang song, I had to listen to it three more damn times and I’m still watching it. This goddamn thing I can watch on repeat for three hours and hours and hours for like a year and I wouldn’t be tired of it, it’s so fucking fire biggest bang I’ve ever seen in my life, but it’s only if the trap and the clown
@@roboticminer8843 technically it was depending on the way you see it Scott was using the money he got from the games to fun Donald Trump which personally I am neutral with but some people hate him so
@@bigman542 he donated roughly $50,000 to politicians he thought could run the government and protect the country the best, but who had someone less than ideal ideals. He also donated 100s of thousands of dollars to pro lgbtq charities (maybe even millions, I’m unsure about specifics). If you think Scott is a bad person for what he did (not saying you do) then you are specifically *trying* to be offended. Scott’s a great person and I hate seeing his name dragged through the mud like this.
Thank you so fucking much for putting in Will's line of "your fans are safer with me than in your communities". as the main FNAF artist PinkyPills who drew William was a pedophile and so many people associated Springtrap as being one due to that. Character does not equal artist. Fucking thank you. And William dissing Tricky with that line worked so well 🤣 Overall, best battle EVER.
