@@jonasw3945 tell you the truth, I used to live in Nagasaki Japan in 2007 for the whole year, my experience with venues is that the crowds mostly don't react to music like some would expect. It's a culture thing and it sucks. @@TheLegendaryShawn I spent 10 years in Japan and I don't agree, all the crowds were great, even better than lots of european crowds. They jump a lot, interact with the artist more, more respectful, actually enjoy the show instead of filming everything. the keyword here is "like some would expect", you can't expect every culture to react the same way, I've been to a live concert in the US and I hated it, people not reacting well to the artist, some people screaming when the artist is speaking to the audience, others blocking the view with their phones. It was a very bad experience. From my experience and from all the friends I had in Japan I never really felt they are shy, they sure have a hard time interacting with foreigner mainly because of language and cultural differences, they also tend to be respectful but no one is controlling their emotions, it's just a culture and their way of life which most of them are happy with

@@jonasw3945 Maybe the difference is that the style of the crowd, emotions are pretty held back and in your face a lie at some times. I felt this from my stay out there, if you don't read how they feel it's not easy to see. What I'm trying to say is that Tricot deserves the Mosh, they kill the sound waves pretty good, I've seen some crowds go crazy for a Tricot show, just the culture of Japan always has a polite streak about their concerts and usually jump to a different groove than the American crowd would least expect. Like for example when I went into a secret stage in Japan, I saw that the crowd was only swaying to heavily active drum & Bass, I literally ran through the middle of the crowd and started dancing crazy which turned many heads and made some join in with my wild spontaneous dancing. "Music Is Life" is what I would see everywhere, the way they(probably a different crowd) in Japan has shown me since my stay is that they gotta loosen up a bit, stop being so stiff and stereotypical about the culture, even my little God Sister talks to me and still upholds that stiff shy personality trait of most Japanese culture. Sadly she started to experience how crazy the world is through her travels, a group of Asian Tourists got jumped and robbed in Europe, she woke up a bit and saw that life isn't as Japan culture friendly, gotta learn how to live outside of that box. Maybe you grew up with international students, or maybe you found a different crowd, but from what I saw, it's a culture deep routed in history of being just Japanese. "I'm not American, I'm Japanese." my ex-girlfriend once told me, I laughed and said "I'm not America, I'm Shawn." she laughed and understood that I meant that I won't ever be my country's culture, I'll always be free and be myself. Japan still struggles with this but in their own way from my understanding.
