I’ve had migraines since 2018. I have been seeing a good neurologist, & Back & Spine Dr for last two years. I have a lot of other things wrong . Lots of pain with nerves. Spinal stenosis, bad osteoarthritis, bone spurs on my spine. I have tarsal tunnel, & plantars, fasciitis. My neurologist just diagnosed me with TAC. Ughhh , I’m only 47 ! I’m reading on it tonight! I’m glad to see RU-vid has videos on it. The words are enormous, then to see it’s a rare disease.. Like I need more things wrong with me.. This just sucks, so there’s no cure? I have clusters, I don’t drink. Alcohol gives me migraines.. Lots of things will give me a migraine also. A lot of times I have bad neck pain also. I will lay down with a heat pad on my neck & head. Sometimes the meds work, sometimes they don’t! It’s always behind one of my eyes, & the pain is horrible. Feels like an ice pick is chipping at my eye, & that side of my scull, & my molars on that side will hurt horribly. I will get nauseated , lights make it worse. Sometimes I can get them to go away if I lay down. Sometimes they will last for days, & I can’t get it to go away. I have to go into the ER and get an I V cocktail . I’m writing this, because I see it’s rare. So Mabie my input, or someone that has it. Will see this, Mabie we can share experiences.. that Mabie will help us or someone else..

Hi, hoping you may address the following question with a video. Can a purely refractive amblyopia result in a true RAPD? If an RAPD is found on examination in an amblyopic patient, is it possible that it's due to accommodation, an imbalance of how the light is hitting the retina, etc.? If there's no pathology, how do you explain finding an RAPD in a refractive amblyopic patient? Thank you! Fan of your videos!

Can you get Horner's syndrome from Chiari malformation? I have horrible eye pain. I had decompression surgery and the eye pain did get a little better but it is still bothersome. My eye also looks droopy and I cant feel some muscles on one side of my face. I was originally misdiagnosed with ramsey hunt syndrome. I also can't stand any light, it makes my head burn. It feels like acid between my skull and Dura
